    • Not quite what I was expecting
Color: Black Style: With Massage
I needed a new office chair for home for my desk and had checked out many of them on Amazon. One of the main features I needed since I'm a big wide guy was whether the width of the seat between the arms would be wide enough for me to sit comfortably. This chair seemed to fit the bill and showed the seat wide between the arms to be a little over 21.3 inches. But when I finally received the chair and assembled it, it was about 1 inch smaller than the stated measurement in the item photo on the listing. An inch isn't much but it was for me because I have a chair where the arms are digging into my hips which is a real disappointment. Otherwise the chair is not bad and has some decent padding, good reclining options along with the foldout foot rest, which I probably won't use. And it does have a massage function which I didn't need but is a nice thing to have. It's kind of nice and though I don't think it was stated anywhere in the description, it's powered by a USB cord which isn't too long. I thought it might actually have or take a rechargeable battery inside the chair since I'm not familiar with powered chairs. So if you plug the massager into your laptop, don't move around or you'll pull off your computer off your desk. I guess you could use a portable battery pack to power it but there's no thing like a pouch to put it in so you can be more mobile moving around in the chair. Though I'm not as comfortable in it as I was hoping, I can tolerate sitting in it for long periods even with the arms kind of digging into my wide hips since it's not painful. For the price I paid, it's not too bad a chair so I'm keeping it and I'll see how it works out with more use. It has some nice extra features like the massager and footrest that don't normally come with other desk chairs in this price range so that's a plus. ... show more

    • Sturdy and comfy!
I love this chair. I pretty much assembled it by myself. Took about 30 mins or less because the instructions were very easy to follow. I had to get some help to attach the back to the fully assembled seat though only because it needs extra compression to hold it while you input the screws. Ive had it for 2 months now and It's high back like it says so I can easily rest my head on it. It reclines easily and when I slide out the foot rest I can definitely get a very comfortable nap in this thing.:-). I'm over 200lbs and the seat is thick enough to hold my weight. It doesn't squish out. The armrests are also comfortably placed. My spouse also uses it and my twin girls are ALWAYS battling out who was on it first. The only down side is the wheels don't have a lock to keep it from sliding. It tends to run but I'll be purchasing a chair mat to fix that problem ... show more

I had high hopes for this model and it looks great and the materials feel high quality but unfortunately the padding is thin, my bottom now feels like I sit on the ground, the chair is deteriorating at a high rate (it's only been about three months). The up and down function doesn't stay in place as when I get up and sit back down with enough force, it will be lower to it's lowest format, forcing me to re-adjust the height of the chair about a dozen times a day (really annoying). I've checked and made sure the lever is installed properly and everything but it still doesn't hold its height. I have been using it daily for just over a month. It's comfortable and provides necessary back / lumbar support continuously with relaxing arm supports.     • It was Cheap for a Reason
I have owned this chair for 6 weeks, it gets used about two hours a day at most. A few things are wrong with it; first is "wobbles" a bit when I sit in it, like the seat might be loose. All of the screws are tight, I don't know what is causing this issue. Second; somehow the recline feature suddenly stops working. This requires me to flip the chair over and hand tighten the recline knob. After 6 hours of use I have to tighten the recline knob again. I blame myself, I should have spent more but the chair looked comfortable (its not) and it had good reviews. ... show more
