***Update*** Since posting the review, the company has contacted me, offering to send me a new set of wheels, with the promise of better quality. For the time being, have changed rating to 5 stars. Love the chair, super comfortable (probably too comfortable!). Great for lower back pain relief, is stylish and looks good in any office. That said, this chair is not made for day to day use of someone up to 500 lbs. as stated in the description. I'm 6'5" and 365 lbs., and I just had to order and installed 6 new wheels for it. One of the wheels broke and sent ball bearings everywhere. Upon looking at the other wheels, they were all ready to do the same. That's after less than a year of 5 days a week use. Better than having to buy a new chair, but be honest with the seller.

Bought this because I was having problems with my lower back. Is a lot more comfortable then my last chair and I like that I can adjust the height. Seeing that I am on the computer most of the day, makes this a good purchase. Happy with the chair

Update 4/2 - they sent me an entirely new chair instead of just replacement wheels which I thought was above and beyond. All the pieces present. Now we will see if it was one faulty wheel or just an overall faulty product. Increased the rating to 4 stars (felt pressured to do so after receiving an email, a call, and a text). I would have happily given this chair 5 stars… except I was missing a couple pieces for assembly (non essential) and getting a replacement wheel has been extremely difficult. 4 out of 5 wheels work perfectly fine and the chair moved well for about 2 weeks. I thought I’d finally found the best chair. When it became difficult to scoot, I thought it’s because I was on carpet so to prevent damaging the chair, I bought a mat. Well it still wouldn’t roll well so I inspected it and one of the wheels is practically stationary. So I reached out to the seller. They asked for a video and once received, advised they’d expedite the part. On March 11 (just over a month after I assembled the chair), I sent my address and they said to reply in 2 days for tracking. Life got busy so I didn’t reach out until 3/18 and was told it couldn’t be delivered “due to lack of contact information.” I provided my address yet again and was given another Amazon tracking number. I checked and it was supposed to be delivered 3/22… and the package has yet again been marked undeliverable. The chair gets 2 stars for comfort and height. But the incapable customer service at rectifying an issue and setting me up for having to purchase another $220+ chair from another vendor pushed the rating down. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with inept customer service and select a different product.

This office chair sounded good on paper but it has a few things that I am not happy with. First the chair has a very deep seat which means that to sit all the way back and have your back touch the backrest, you have to have your legs dangle of the edge of the seat. It also sweeks when you move. Overall I would not recommend this chair unless you are very big and very heavy. Revised on April 19, 2025. The seller has addressed the issues and has satisfied this customer which allows me to adjust this review accordingly.

We are a family of gamers. Each of our chairs has always been like the Three Bears. I ordered this for me, the momma, and later one for my husband. I can be in this chair and have my elementary kid sit in my lap when she wants a hug/cuddle. It doesn't groan and I don't feel like we're both in danger of falling over or the chair breaking. at 5'5" and chunky it fits me great. Hubby is 6'0" dad bod. Works for both of us. Very comfortable.

Large and comfy, but breaks down within a year. The armrests are already pretty flattened out by now, the arms squeak, which I think means the screws need re-tightening, and the seat is definitely not meant to be used long term by large folks as it's already flattening too. The description says the chair can "hold" up to 500lbs, but that's misleading as the padding deteriorates. I'm not even close to halfway to 500, I just wanted a huge comfy office chair that doesn't hurt my tailbone with a flattened seat. My advice is to get the extra warranty and then cash it in right before it expires to get something new.

I want to love this chair, but I can't. I have very VERY short legs and Every Single Chair I buy is at least TWO INCHES TOO TALL. This means if I build it WITH the wheels, it rolls out from under me. I am UNABLE to fully sit in the chair to every REACH the lumbar support. I wanted so badly to love this chair, but in removing the wheels to put low profile slides in place( which would only make it about an inch and a half too tall), seems the piston is too long. I have it fully lowered and I am still dangling my feet, which when I put my toes down, causes the chair to slide wildly backwards, nearly throwing me out of it. So here I VERY CAREFULLY sit, on the edge of the chair, feet dangling, shooting pains in my legs from the pressure of a too tall chair and absolutely SCREWED again because no one understands being short. Ive been teased about using a mounting block (har har, so f*ing funny.) but while that might give me the height I need to get INTO THE DAMN chair, it causes my knees to be jammed into the underside of the desk. If I could only find a piston that WORKS with the chair, is short stroke enough to be able to remove the wheels and use slides, I MIGHT be able to kinda sorta use the chair. 25 years of trying to find a chair that is short enough and 25 years of being profoundly disappointed. Again and Again. Its not the chairs fault. Its the manufacturers for not designing a chair I can swap pistions with to at least make the chair serviceable for me. And all the other people with munchkin legs that have to dangle their feet from to tall furniture and have to get subscriptions to chiropracters to deal with the leg and back paid from chairs too short to be comfortable.
