Bought four of these for my medical office exam rooms. The chairs are attractive, comfortable and sturdy. I shopped a number of office furniture stores and there is not a better value. Easy to assemble if you do two things: #1, do not tighten all the screws until they are all in place. The chair requires a little jiggling to line up the holes. #2, fasten the seat with the longer (1 1/2") screws, and the back with the shorter (1") screws. Quality materials, packaged well. Some difficulty with assembly, lining up pre-drilled holes. Helpful to have 2 people to assemble. Comfortable and well-padded. Problem with tape from bubble wrap sticking to arm of one chair, which caused stuck-on residue.

I would never have considered buying seating online as I like to be able to test for quality and comfort. You cannot do that by looking at a picture. That being said , I needed to replace office chairs asap . Based on the reviews I went ahead and ordered these chairs and was pleasantly surprised.I I had no problems assembling the chairs. I bought a total of four of these chairs (in two separate transactions) to replace some older chairs I had that were 14 years old and had seen better days. These chairs come disassembled which I wasn't expecting but they aren't difficult to assemble. All the parts were well packaged, all the parts were properly identified and included and they went together as just as the directions said they would. They even told me not to tighten everything before it's all together (and they were correct because it made it easy to assemble and balance properly). Once assembled these chairs turned out to be much better than I expected for the price I paid. They are rock solid, comfortable, attractive and easy to clean. As a bonus, they blend in to the decor of my office without having to change or add anything. I'm happy. It was money well spent. ... show more

I bought these chairs 3 years ago and I've put them through the ringer and they are still excellent. They are very easy to assemble. My 2 came perfectly balanced. Good weight but not too heavy. I actually used them as year round outdoor chairs on a covered porch lol because waterproof & rust resistant. They have no rust still. The cushions are fine. They have been subjected to intense sun, snow, heat, cold, vinyl looks perfect. I think it is hilarious and wonderful that these indoor reception chairs outlast amazon expensive outdoor furniture without rust. Thank you!! ... show more

Sturdy, comfortable, stable, looks good. My buttocks are definitely ok with this chair. Seat cushion is thick and plush, and feels like it will last. The back support is very nice, and soft. 8 screws to put it together - 4 for seat, and 4 for back cushion. But it's ok built. Don't smash into pavement, in anger - and it will last for a while. Good buy. I'll keep this. I don't much like swirly office leather chairs. They are bulky, and huge. This is great alternative. Easy throwaway, if it gets old or used too much. ... show more

    • Comfortable, but not what I expected
I bought this chair for an upcoming surgery that restricted weight bearing on one leg so I would need to rely full length arms of the chair to lower myself and return to a standing position. The photos provided from the seller really didn't give a clear shot of the arm rests so it wasn'tuntil I assembled the chair that I realized the arms of the chair were not long enough to provide the support I needed them for. The seat of the chair was a bit shorter in height then the 32"height indicated so I found was too low for my intended use and I'm 5'4". It's also difficult to assemble as the screws were ressessed in the predrilled holes so difficult to see and and line up to screw into place. A second set of hands are essential during assembly. The chair is also a lot heavier and bulkier then I expected which made it harder for me to move the chair around. This might be a good thing for those who plan in leaving it in the same spot, I was hoping for a less heavy and bulky chair to move to various rooms as needed. The quality seemed good,and it was very sturdy, just not the impression I got from the photos and description and therefore not what I was expecting. If your looking for a heavy duty chair that you plan on keeping in one spot , that has short arm supports and a slightly low chair seat then this would work fine for you. ... show more
