I am a 63 year old recently retired disabled big guy/sasquatch/lumberjack type that is 6ft 1" and well north of 325 lbs. This is by far the biggest and most comfortable office chair I have ever had. I used to work from home for 18 years and I wish I would have had this one during that time. The seat is very comfy but for orthopedic reasons I use a Purple square cushion on it as well. The roller blade type wheels work great and seem very sturdy so far. I love the foldup arms with armrest cushions that can be moved forward or back for positional comfort. It has a headrest that can be moved up or down which is great for us taller guys who want to lean back and not risk snapping their neck while doing so. It was fairly easy to put together but follow the instructions to the T and look at the pictures carefully. It is engineered very cleverly but I put the armrests on backward initially. After a second look at the instructions, it clicked as to how it should be put together. I got it in the tan color because I got sick of having black colored office chairs over the years and I am impressed with how great it looks. My wife thought it looked pretty fancy and loved the tan color, too. Very classy. I could see these being used in a game room setting such as around a big table for eating , playing cards, etc. and would make a superb video game chair, too. Hell, I would love to have these around my dining room and kitchen table but the head of the household wouldn't go for that. LOL Time will tell as to how long it will last but my last big guy office chair was bought from a wholesale office supply place and cost me a hell of a lot more than this chair and crapped out on me after about only four years. I love this chair!!! What more can I say.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: If you're like me: Plus size (350lb), tall-ish, bottom heavy, wide-hipped, and have lower back pain, this is the one. I've often found that other heavy-duty office chairs can be too narrow in the seat, and the arm attachments pinch against the hips. Not the case here for two reasons: the seat is quite wide already, and the way these arms attach avoids any metal posts touching the sides of your leg, giving total comfort for those of us who were blessed from the back. The cushioning is deep and comortable but firm enough that it feels like it'll hold up for a long time. The base feels very solid, it came with two choices of castors to attach, and it rolls very smoothly. The pump for lumbar support seems great so far. The height is just right for me: I'm a little over 5'10, with a long torso and medium leg length. This chair seems like it might be a challenge for anyone under maybe 5'6, but if you're above that I think you'll do fine. Possible cons: it's true what the other reviews say, that the forward and backward sliding ability of the arm rests doesn't really lock, so you can easily pull them in and out. That said, it's not so sensitive that it's moving around all the time - you do still have to push or pull them. They stay put when you're just resting your arms. So, to me, this is a non-issue except in the rare case that I'm trying to move the chair by the arms. Another possible con: the chair does lean back as advertised, but it has some pretty aggressive counter-pressure that pushes it back to upright, so you really have to push to lean back. Maybe this eases up with time? At any rate, the chair is so comfortable already that I don't think I'd even want to recline very often, so that also does not bother me. Overall, the construction feels sturdy, and it was relatively easy to put together (one note: the instructions have one place where the text doesn't match the pictures; the pictures are correct and the text is incorrect. It tells you to put the bottom screw into the chair back and then tilt it up and put in the top screws; it is in fact self-evident when you put the chair back on that you actually need to do the top screws first and THEN the bottom. And definitely do NOT put the screws in all the way until you have the back in place). This is the third office chair I've bought since going WFH in the pandemic, and of the three I've bought, this is the first one that feels correct. If you're on the fence, buy it. ESPECIALLY for wide-hipped folks.

I love it! I'm not a huge guy; 6'1" 230 lbs, but you can tell when you sit in this that it's built for much more. I've got room to spare on this chair. I love the solid wheels that came with it. The lumbar pump is pretty decent too. The chair is a close match in color to my Ikea footrest, which makes it pretty comfy for my desk. At first I thought the leathery material was going to be easily ripped because it's so soft (feels almost like foam, like a stress ball), but I've been using this chair for about 5 months now with my 22 lb. dog stepping on it daily with her little razor claws, and there is no damage. It's hard to recommend a chair to someone (it's such a subjective and personal thing), but I will definitely recommend this from a quality standpoint. It's solid. Oh, and assembly took me maybe 20 minutes. It was really easy.

I'm 6'1" and adjusted seat to medium setting. - Assembly: All parts clearly marked and was easy to assemble. - Seat and back support: Firm but comfortable cushion. - Arm rests: Thick cushion. - Durability: Solid after assembly. - Wheels: Rubber wheels slide quietly. Two sets of wheels included; rubber or plastic. - Value: Only time will tell. I'm happy with the purchase after just finishing assembly. Cons: At a medium or low seat height, the arms are too high and cannot be adjusted lower. For shorter individuals, this may not be acceptable.

This chair exceeded our expectations. My husband is 6'4" and around 400# depending on the month and who you talk to. This chair allows him to easily roll around in the kitchen, sit comfortably at his computer and I suspect he'll be using it at future family meals. It is solid, looks great, wipes clean easily, and has a comfortable cushioned area under the thighs that holds your posterior in place as you're rolling yourself through the house from room to room. It's sturdy and well balanced. It adjusted to my husband's height easily. The arms bear his weight when he hoists himself up to a standing position. My husband approved this message.
