Assembly was simple since the directions were easy to understand and the tools that were supplied were provided. It is essential for someone of my stature to have a chair that has a very robust feel to it. It is comforting to know that the chair can handle up to 500 pounds of weight, and I was certain that it would be able to provide the required support. I utilize this device on a regular basis for my work-from-home arrangement, and I believe that its ergonomic qualities stand out from my experience. The dynamic lumbar support that may be adjusted is a game-changer. I suffer from lower back discomfort, and the fact that the lumbar support may be adjusted to meet my specific requirements has made a considerable difference in the level of comfort I experience throughout extended periods of work. I've since added a separate seat cushion to mitigate this issue. Furthermore, the fasteners loosen over time, requiring monthly retightening to maintain stability. The chair is not comfortable. I've had the chair in use for less than a month and the base of the chair broke. It's advertised for 500 lbs. I'm 350 and it didn't hold up.
