I ordered the Indulgear 500# Big & Tall Office Chair with Dual Rubber Wheels with Adjustable Lumber Support for my grandson who is a large guy. He is 6'2 and 270 lbs. and in his free time does a lot of gaming. In the 4 offerings on the current page for these chairs it is the 3rd offering. The chair came within a week and was very well packaged. Each piece of the chair was wrapped and all parts were packaged separately. The large double wheels were wrapped and boxed. All screws and the tool were clearly marked and sealed in a package. The box contained a direction manual that I found a little hard to follow, but was able to find a video on how to assemble it clearly on YouTube. I am a smaller person and it took 2 of us to get the chair together which took about 45 minutes with watching each step on the video. This is basically because someone has to hold the back on the chair level while getting the screws into it. All of the holes lined up perfectly for the screws and having the screw cap covers gives the chair a nice finished look. The wheels are a bit tricky to get attached but once attached they are great. Having the dual wheels really adds strength to the bottom and helps the chair to roll around nicely without sticking. For a larger person this is very important. My grandson loves the solid, well made arms that stay in place instead of those types of arms that spin. The height adjustment is perfect and works well. In putting the chair together I liked that there are clips under the chair to keep the cords for the lumber, tilt and height adjustments from hanging down or interfering with the chair operations. The wider seat makes it comfortable for him to sit in for his longer gaming sessions. The lumber support adjustment works nicely to give his chair a customized fit for him. The only thing that I want to point out is in the description it states the chair is "breathable leather". So that you are aware, this is not real leather. It is a PU leather. This was the reason for the 4 out of 5 rating. If it would have been possible, I would have given it a 4 1/2. Contacting customer support is easy, either through Amazon or through the email address that is on the booklet. I am in the U.S. with CST. and it took just about a day to hear back from the company with my concerns. I have to say that I am very happy with customer service and the concern they have in making sure that customers get any support they need. I personally also purchased the 2 year warranty on the chair for peace of mind as the chair has a 30 day warranty. I would order from this company again because of the quality so far of the chair and the excellent customer service.

This chair is suitable for different sized desks. The armrests are fully functional and can be raised and lowered. The chair also tilts well without feeling like it's leaning backwards, great value for money. Looks and feels great. If you're looking for an affordable, comfortable and convenient chair for larger people without the fancy features of more expensive chairs, then this chair is a great choice.

JUNK. AFTER SEVERAL HOURS OF FRUSTATION IN ATTEMPTING TO ASSEMBLE IT, I EVENTUALLY CUT MY LOSSES AND WHEELED IT OUT TO THE CURB TO BE TAKEN TO THE DUMP, WHERE IT BELONGS. The chair was designed (using that word loosely) to be kept together by two plastic arm rests attached to the seat and chairback with four screws on each side. That is problem enough, but more so, the holes in the chair back were not adequately socketed (if at all) and appeared to be unaligned. Furthermore, the sockets on the seat did not seem to be threaded for easy assembly (if threaded at all). All this made it impossible to attach the seat to the chairback, which is essential for a chair. I'm very annoyed (to say the least) about the loss of my time and money. But what is more bothersome, in my opinion, are the materials and resources this vendor wasted just to take me for a few bucks. My experience and opinion anyway.

Excellent customer service as well as an excellent product. I purchased the chair around September 2024. I'm very happy with the product. It's very comfortable and adaptable and easy to use. Around November the rollers started losing ball bearings. I didn't notice at first because my son and grandson had just moved in with us and I thought the tiny metal balls I was finding were from a toy or something. However, recently the chair started becoming difficult to push in and out from the desk and I checked the rollers and realized that what I was finding were ball bearings from the rollers. I was more than willing to purchase new rollers as it has been months since I purchased the chair, but when I messaged the seller to ask for a link where I could purchase them they simply requested I allow them to send me a new updated set of wheels. I had a tracking number within a few hours of providing them my contact information. They didn't even charge me for shipping. I will definitely look for this seller in future transactions. Thank you so much!
