I got this chair and turned it into a gaming chair for my son, and he absolutely loves it! It was easy to put together, feels very sturdy, and the extra cushioning makes it comfortable for long gaming sessions. The high back and lumbar support are a huge plus, and it rolls smoothly across the floor. It’s been a great upgrade from his old chair, and I can tell it’s built to last. Definitely worth the purchase

This is the best chair if you have back trouble. It has been very helpful when I have to sit at my desk for a long period of time. It has a very good back support. It is extremely sturdy. I weigh 265 lbs and it held me well. I like that it is easy to assemble. It looks like a very expensive chair for a fraction of the cost

This high back executive desk chair exceeded my expectations. As a bigger person, I struggled to find a chair wide enough and strong enough. The seat is spacious, pocket springs keep the cushion resilient all day. Lumbar support is easy to adjust up and down. Rubber wheels move silently and won’t damage floors. It looks elegant in my home office. Very stable when leaning back. Highly recommend!

This is my second chair of the exact same design. I mean, the new one is identical to the old with the exception of the manufacturer name...I'll spare you my conspiracy theory about all that. It's a pretty good chair for the price. I've been sitting in it daily for about 2-1/2 years. Some of you may be thinking, "2-1/2 years...that doesn't seem long" but for the price, that's a pretty good run for a budget-priced piece of office furniture. A commercial-grade chair will cost you $500+ and they're not rated for big 'uns. The old chair is still usable but my kids were hassling me about replacing it because it was listing a little to the side and they didn't want to get an "I've fallen and can't get up" call so I bought a replacement chair. The seat is plenty wide, the adjustments controls are easy to use, and the wheels roll well on a hard wood floor. Despite what some reviews say, the chair is plenty comfortable to me. Assembly is pretty straight forward although the pics in the manual could stand to be a little larger for purchasers who may be less mechanically inclined. It took about 20 minutes to assemble with lots of stopping to talk along the way. I did have one issue with the new chair but the fix was easy. The chair height didn't change when the height adjustment control was engaged. Upon inspection I saw that the cable needed adjustment. If you get a chair with the same problem the fix is super easy...certainly easier than returning the chair or simply living with the problem and grumbling about it. Here are the steps to correct the issue: 1) Remove the screws that mount the the height adjustment control (Labeled C in the pic) to the chair bottom. 2) Loosen the cable lock nuts (Labeled A and B in the pic) away from the plastic height adjustment control. 3) Twist the height adjustment control counter-clockwise a couple full turns. You will see more threads become visible in the area where the nuts (Labeled A and B in the pic) are located. This adjustment increases the travel for the lever that engages the chair's pneumatic cylinder. 4) Mount the height adjustment control back to the chair bottom. 5) Test to see if your adjustment worked. If it did...hooray for you! If it did not, repeat steps 1-3 but limit the counter-clockwise turns on the height adjustment control housing to one turn. You don't want to risk having the height adjustment control unscrew fully from the cable as it may be difficult to put back on. 6) Mount the height adjustment control back to the chair bottom and test again. If your efforts were successful, hand tighten the nuts (Labeled A and B in the pic) back down against the height adjustment control.

Bought 5 months ago and love it. I weigh 350 lbs and I am 6 foot 3 inches tall, saying that there have been many chairs come and go. This one is here to stay. Just make sure you use lock tight on the four bolts that attach the seat to the piston because they back out with heavy use. 10/10 would recommend.

False advertising. Ive had this chair for about half a year and its already worn down to hell. Im 330 lbs (which is 170 lbs less than the supposed capacity) and i honestly just wish i could get my money back. it was good for the first few days and then immediately started degrading after that and now the entire back piece is falling. The build quality is embarrassing and i wish nothing but the worst for whoever designed this pos and gave me an opportunity to waste $200. Do not recommend for anyone. Spend your money on something that actually deserves it.

The chair is a good size with a comfortable height, but the armrests feel too low and the lumbar support is insufficient. The included instructions did not match my model, which caused a key assembly step to be missing; I had to rely on the how‑to video in the Amazon product resources instead. Additionally, the pneumatic cylinder is missing its dust‑cover sleeve, which should have been included in the packaging. One positive note: when the chair wouldn’t raise, the troubleshooting guide provided with the product was clear and effective, and it resolved the issue.
