Used during the hot summers in N.C. as additional shade for goat area. Not too heavy yet very durable. Bought 20x20x28 and it was the perfect size, offering a good amount of needed cooling and shade. Easy to istall.

I wish this had straight sides rather than curved inward ones but it is nice enough. Water will run down the sides to the middle and come thru as a small waterfall. It's good that the fabric isn't solid constructed though. It would pull the hooks right out of the wood with water weight, if it was. It seems quite durable. It slowly stretches out, so be sure you mount it at the loosest settings of your turnbuckles, or you will have to keep moving your screws. As it stretches, you can simply tight the turnbuckles. I reccomend buying the sail shade hardware sets available on Amazon, as buying the pieces needed individually, ended costing more at my local hardware store.

I decided to go with this more expensive sail as the reviews on the others described the quality as nothing better than a cheap tarp material. Unfortunately, this one is nothing better than a cheap tarp material too. I was expecting more of a canvas material. Also, the coverage is still very limited because of the extreme tapering to the corners. Unfortunately, I did not notice that their return policy is not the standard Amazon policy and I have no idea how much of this very expensive item will actually be refunded. Apparently I will have to wait until they actually receive the package before I will know how much they will deduct for return shipping, etc. Buyer beware! UPDATE: After several communications, the seller resolved the issue for me. Product was still disappointing, but the return process was satisfactory.
