I ordered a 9x9x~12' sail shade because when I measured this size on the deck under the intended location of the sail shade, it seemed to fill the corner nicely. Wrong. You can go a lot bigger. I am ordering a 13x16x20 for a space I originally thought was 9x9. Based on my perception, I'm recommending you go bigger rather than smaller if you're not sure. Quality of the fabric is excellent and has held up through some pretty strong wind storms and torrential downpours without a hitch. We did purchase our own hardware for attaching and this was the second one we purchased (our fault). Make sure you measure twice (or 4 or 5 times) and buy once! I really like the look, shipped next day, this was the 32x32x32 in the white color, so far so good, it gave lots of shade for my outdoor tables, which is why I wanted it in the first place, now let’s see how it would hold up with time. I highly recommend, the color white is nice, I wasn’t sure wat color I should get, beige was too yellow and grey was too dark, white is perfect Bcz once u have it up it give the illusion of an off white color which works great with our Color theme . ... show more

Great sails. We just wanted a little shade under our pergola and the 7ft were perfect size. We used turnbuckles and hooks from Home Depot to attach them. These were the same quality sails as the coolaoos at Costco.
