While I admit that one of the contributing factors in my selection of a vitamin was that I only needed to take one, not two, this is a 'hard pill to swallow' size-wise. I know others have posted photos for scale with a quarter. In my case, I realized this morning that it's the length of the first bone in my finger, so I figured I'd post that. I do wish it was smaller, but openly admit that if it was, something would've been left out of the blend of ingredients, so... Just be aware, if swallowing pills is an issue for you. This isn't a 'sip of water' type of experience. This is a full glug effort. I have celiac, so it is sometimes difficult to absorb nutrients. I haven't noticed any negative side effects with my digestion, nor have I experienced any stomach upset/nausea, as I sometimes have with other brands. No complaints there.

I travel - a lot and it is easier to pack a multivitamin vs packing my individual supplements. Pros: Gentle on my stomach. Good blend of vitamins & botanical ingredients. Love that it has ginger, turmeric, hawthorn & more Cons: The size of the vitamins usually don’t bother me but this one is quite large and has an unpleasant smell. I also do not enjoy that my age is plastered on the bottle (now I am just being petty I know) Will I buy again? Most likely.

These vitamins are very large but it is so easy to swallow there are some people writing reviews saying they can’t swallow it but I can take a handful pills and swallow them with a sip of water and did not notice a struggle with this pill. I did not notice any aftertaste like some vitamins can give you. Because of the results I am receiving from this multivitamin that I have never felt with any other vitamin and at age 65 trust me I’ve taken a lot of vitamins. And this is 100% a great product that will give you what you need to get through your day and make you feel better. There’s really not much I can say to convince anybody to really buy this product but please don’t be discouraged by the other reviews about the pill being too large to swallow. When I open the bottle I was like wow this is a horse pill I don’t know well here goes nothing it went right down and I’ve not had a problem since. I am one that will read reviews and raise my reason to buy or not to buy from them but I’m so glad I went for it because I was in need of a good vitamin that would actually work and in some of the comments I read they were definitely talking about how pleased they were with the results. And now I can honestly agree with them and share in this review telling anyone that takes these vitamins and can get them down without an issue will be very glad they purchased these.

These tablets are absolutely enormous. I typically don’t have any issue swallowing vitamins but these are rough. If you have any sensitivity to taking pills, I’d choose a different vitamin.

These vitamins seem to work very well for me - i tried Pure - more expensive and tons more B12 which is unnecessary and made me sick after a few days. These are reasonably priced and do the job ! One sole criticism- they are a bit large to swallow.

These have great ingredients and have all the things I need. Obviously the taste isn't the best BUT they still give me energy and I feel like they help with the things i'm needing in a vitamin.
