This is the only vitamin I could find that meets most of daily values for vitamins. It is only short when it comes to calcium and magnesium, but everything else it meets completely including iron. I don’t have to worry about vitamin deficiencies at all anymore

I’ve been using these for years. I find that I do have to remember to take them with food, or I get a bit nauseous.

I order these vitamins on a regular basis. My daughters and I take them. I love these vitamins. Both of my daughters are vitamin D deficient and Alive has the exact amount of vitamin D they both need plus additional vitamins and minerals. We have always taken our vitamins with food so we don’t get stomach upsets. They are not too big which makes them easy to swallow and the taste is not that bad. I’ve been taking Alive! Women’s Vitamins for a few weeks now, and I can definitely feel a difference. I have more energy throughout the day and don’t feel as sluggish as I used to. It’s packed with a wide variety of nutrients, including B vitamins, iron, and biotin, which I really appreciate. The tablets are a bit on the larger side, but they’re easy to take with water and don’t upset my stomach like some other vitamins I’ve tried. I also like that it’s made from whole food sources and doesn’t have a strong aftertaste. If you’re looking for a good multivitamin that actually makes you feel a difference, this is a great choice.
