I was worried about these when they came in the mail, because the pill size seemed to be insurmountably huge. I'd tried similar pills in the past and had horrible results. But I've been able to get these down pretty much every time, every day, and that's saying something, because I'm really sensitive to texture as well as taste and shape and thus my gag reflex is quite sensitive as well. I don't believe I've had any huge issues with digesting these. I have had a couple episodes of feeling unsettled, but when I eat more food on top of it, and I also have food in my stomach before I take it, I really haven't had much of an issue to speak of. I also noticed an increase in energy levels and a slight decrease in anxiety when I started taking them. It hasn't lasted, but no multivitamin, no matter how potent, could mitigate the effects of what I'm currently going through. And that's okay. I'm not expecting it to. But, for a multivitamin, and especially for the price it is here, it's really worth trying it out. ... show more

This is a great multivitamin. I struggle with day time sleepiness and I can tell this really helps. I've been taking it for over a week now, and my energy has definitely improved. I also really like that it's a complete multivitamin, so I don't have to take it with anything else. It's big, but not too hard to swallow. I take it with my breakfast and I've had zero issues with it upsetting my stomach. Will be buying again. ... show more

I really like these vitamins. They don’t make me sick if I happen to take them 2 hours after I eat. I try to take them when I eat but forget at times. I like how they offer energy without dosing me with caffeine.

    • My favorite vitamin on the market
It's a bit big if you're not used to taking pills, but it has the most comprehensive list of vitamins and minerals for a women's one and done. Can't find it in my local stores anymore. They are all a little different and our stores just carry the 50+ one now, but I'm not there yet, hee. When I take this daily my hair is healthier, my skin feels healthier, even my immune system can outlast the kids' that are fighting off stuff around me. I highly recommend this specific ALIVE vitamin (and the pill one, not the gummie bc they have different amounts of things in them). Like everything else since 2020, I have noticed that the bottle has stayed the same (size & look) yet it comes with less pills now :\ but nothing you can do about that. ... show more

The best multi I've tried so far. A bit expensive. 50 count is kind of odd. It would be better if a bottle came with at least 3 months supply (90 count), 4 months supply would be even better (120 count)
