I am a normal large (not too big or too medium), bought a large in this and it fits exactly as a wetsuit should - snug but not uncomfortable. I got this for late summer/Fall kayaking, and it’s perfect under my life jacket. Sleeves are nylon and not wetsuit material, which is exactly what I wanted for paddling. I what the little hesitant because it's cheap on the price but honestly the thing was perfect especially for me because I have a really small frame that I need it for physical therapy it's the only extra small that I found that I could afford that with the true extra small So I gave it five stars

The small fits me well, a woman 5’9” 140 lbs but it was too baggy in the waist/sides for my 13 year old son who’s 6’ tall 137 pounds which is who we’re trying to find a wet suit for. I’ll return for a xs and hope it’s not too short. Will update review then.
