it is difficult to rate a supplement. I personally take 10 supplements, among them vitamins C, D3, B2, fish oil, calcium. My primary care doctor thinks I could delete all of them except for the B2 (Rx strength folic acid, which is taken for rheumatoid arthritis)! My Rheumatologist thinks I don't take enough supplements, adding that 'they can't hurt'. So I will continue taking my supplements. Is this helping control my RA? It has in fact been shown to help reduce inflammation and pain. After extensive reading on the subject, it seems there is sufficient science out there to justify the use of Turmeric. After taking turmeric daily for 8 years and having my RA worsen at a very slow pace, I will absolutely continue taking it. Will leave your fingers yellow just from tossing them in your mouth to swallow! Can’t ask for more authentic turmeric- and I’ve learned to wipe off my hands before hitting the keyboard when taking them.

Since I started taking this supplement I can feel as difference in my pain level and the longer I take it the pain level becomes less of a problem. It's nice to be able to do more things than I have in years. Another highly recommended product for those with pain cased by inflammation.

UPDATE: I just opened my second, newer bottle, and this time it has all 65 pills, yay! I don't know if it's just hit or miss, but maybe they've improved QC. As far as effectiveness, I finally got myself to take it regularly for the past month plus and it does seem to be helping my minor hip and shoulder aches, and even my monthly cramping seems to have improved this time around. It will be interesting to see if that continues. I've only taken for about a week, so too early to know if it will be effective. However, I had come back to read reviews again and saw others mention issues with QC, broken pills, short the amount of pills. I decided to count how many pills I had left, and accounting for those I've already taken, I'm still 9 pills short. Not happy about this. Luckily none of the capsules had busted as others have experienced, but it sounds like they really need to address several QC issues. ... show more
