LThis handheld steamer turned out to be much stronger than I expected. The description says it takes about 3 minutes to heat up, but in my experience it gets very hot in well under a minute. The steam comes out with real pressure and is super hot, enough to loosen grime that regular scrubbing never touched. We used it on our stovetop first, which had grease that felt impossible to remove by hand. With steam only, no chemicals at all, the buildup softened and came right off. It also worked wonderfully in the shower, especially on areas that usually take a lot of effort to clean. The accessory set is generous and genuinely useful — nylon brushes, magic brush, brass brush, jet nozzle, a 28‑inch extension hose, measuring cup, squeegee, and a fabric cover. The different brushes make it easy to match the tool to whatever you’re cleaning, and the tougher scrub-style attachments are great for kitchen surfaces. The media could not be loaded. The handheld steam cleaner is lightweight and easy to handle. I use regular tap water. It has a powerful hot steam flow. There are 9 accessories that are easily exchangeable for the job you need them for. I did discover that the black clip on top that holds the accessory device on its nozzle, make sure you push down on that black clip so it pops up a little to lock your nozzle in place. It was blowing off when I squeeze the trigger and I discover I did not have the black clip above the nozzle hole. There is a lot to keep from accidentally pushing the handle to spray steam. When finished, let the steam sit and cool down or lightly open the cap just barely to hear the steam slowly release. There are lots of uses for the steam cleaner. It has a very long electrical cord that helps to access your job. The instruction booklet is large print so easy to read. Good budget price for me. I have had a streamer floor mop for years, it's one of the older models and doesn't do a transformer trick into a handheld steamer so I was excited to see this steamer had a really reasonable price. Initial set up as a breeze, the only problem I had was fitting some of the brushes on-they fit but it was a bit of a struggle. My home was built in the 70s and isn't exactly overflowing with electrical outlets, and my bathroom only has one. And it's not exactly close to either the shower or the toilet, so I often have issues with cords not reaching. There was no such problem with the steamer, so I was very excited to be able to steam clean and sanitize what is arguably the dirtiest thing in the house. The steam pressure was amazing, and the temperature just basically obliterated any dirt. The heat killed those bacteria that cause stinky odors too, because I tried this machine without using any other cleansers or tools, and that toilet is fresh. I do not have hard or well water, so I'm not sure how this would fair with build up from those, but it cut right through the soap scum on my shower wall and I feel great knowing it's all cleaned and sanitized. ... show more
