It was a little time consuming to put together by myself, took about two and a half hours. But I wasn't rushing, I was following the instructions page by page and it was easy to assemble. I'm glad I bought this Amazon grill. I love the 4 burners ( my last grill was a Charbroil 2 burner) the side burner is hidden so you have more prep area if you are like me and right handed ( my old grill had the side burner on the left side). What I really like about this grill is the large cooking area, the warming rack and the temperature gauge on the lid ( my old grill didn't have a gauge). With 4 burners and a temperature gauge I can regulate the heat and make just about anything on my new grill that I could make in my oven like biscuits or pizza using a cookie sheet and keep the house cool. It's a handsome looking grill with all the stainless steel, it's sturdy and well made, and easy to keep clean. Amazon's price was great too, much cheaper than the competitors. It's also wise to buy a couple of Bungie cords to fasten it to the deck railing, my old grill was tipped over a few times by wind from those fierce summer storms and bent so I don't want that to happen to this pretty grill. ... show more

It's a nice grill especially for the price. I took my time assembling the unit and it took me about 3 hours. Instructions were clear and hardware is clearly marked. The illustrations could have been a bit better, especially for the hardware stack ups. The parts are not labeled but easily identified. I didn't find any parts that I would confuse for another part that would result in assembling things together the wrong way. Instructions didn't call out all proper tools needed for assembly. The tools I used to assemble the unit were 1. #3 Phillips screwdriver 2. #2 2hillips screwdriver 3. Knife 4. 2 sets of socket drivers with 1/2" sockets 5. Adjustable wrench You will need the 2 sets of ratchet and sockets to assemble the wheels, trust me. The nut goes into a recessed area and the easiest way to grab the nut to attach the wheel is to have a ratchet with 1/2" socket on each side at the same time. Take your time and don't tighten all the screws right away at each step. Leave it a little loose so that you'll have a bit of tolerance to install all the screws before tightening them all down. Delivery was good and the box wasn't damaged. Although, inside there was some minor bending damage to some of the panels. Nothing terrible that I found to be obvious and visible after fully assembled. Pay attention when unpacking. I found a couple of screws on the bottom of the box that happened to undo themselves off the grill body. I put them aside, but later found out where they went during assembly. This grill works very well, and has a lot of space for grilling large skirt steaks along with vegetables or sausages alongside of the steak. Grills evenly, and distributes the flame nicely. The only thing is, the front of the burners are closer to the grill grates, so the front tends to get cooked faster than the back. The grill was pretty simple but tedious to build. The instructions are very straightforward and nice to understand, easy to follow. It took about an hour and a half by myself to put together. Other than that, it stands up nice to the rain in the wind, pretty sturdy. Very nice! ... show more

Very disappointed to receive a unit that not only was previously returned but very clearly showed heavy signs of damage. Poorly packaged, scratches/dents all over the unit, screws were missing and came in zip lock bags.

Well packed and delivered in a special 2-man amazon box truck. Everything went together well and grill functions great. Amazon grill cover fits nicely, and seems decent quality. Only thing of note is that putting on the igniter button, I had to attach the one loose spark wire to the side burner metal stick thing and it wasn’t in the instructions so that was a little confusing at first. Once that was done (just push it on) all sparked correctly. Looking forward to more grilling on this!! ... show more

Came perfect in box, no dents or missing parts. 1 star. Easy put together 2 stars. Even heat, good accessories and somewhat well built, 3 star. Minus 1 star for igniter not working ever- yes put it in correctly, tried three batteries checked connector's etc. Minus 1 star for grill rail on top grill popped off after two uses. See picture. Overall, 350 low end is about what you get with a gas grill. I did not contact anyone but, wanted to leave a realistic review. Would it be nice to get a new one that was 100% yeah but, I am not sending this one back and paying for shipping over it. You get what you pay for. ... show more

So I had this boxed in my living room for several months before I got help putting it together. lol It's a huge box so be prepared for it to take up space. My son helped me put it together for Christmas. Yay! It was not hard, but it is time consuming - probably an hour and 1/2 total with two people, not rushing. Recommend to NOT tighten the screws in on each piece until you have all corresponding sections aligned. We had to loosen several pieces with one person applying some pressure while the other tightened the screws. All parts were in the box, no issues with that. It's a nice looking grill and it lit up very well. Don't forget to take the plastic off the battery before you put it in the igniter. lol I also love how the grease basket is designed for easy removal. Good Luck! ... show more
