My Ugg Boots arrived exactly on the date it said. I have 2 pair of Ugg boots, 1 pair of Ugg slippers and 1 pair of Ugg Platform sandles. So I really love my Uggs. First pair of real Uggs after years and years of knockoffs. You can feel the quality upgrade instantly. So soft and comfortable, yet totally durable and walkable. I walk to the bus stop and back in these for work. I ordered the pale grey knowing that they are in fact a silvery lilac. The color is so beautiful. I’m so happy. I’m an eight and a half and the nines fit perfectly. Sometimes 9s can be too big.

I don’t think I could live without a pair of these Uggs in my life. The brown mini short are my favorite. This is my second pair of the same style & color. The quality is awesome. They last for years. ***Note they are bigger than my lady dozen pairs and I had to order a size down. So I have been an 8 in Uggs for 30+ years, but this time they are lose. I’m normally a 7.5, but I sized down to a 7.
