It came packaged well this no name brand replaced my Moen I have to sit on a shower stool due to disability goes well in our new home I had good water pressure on my Moen wand alone but the hose was to short it kept hitting my shower knob I'm elderly with skin disease/lupus wounds all over} the Moen hose was to short & i would get scalded due it catching the shower knob...This hose is very long jus what I needed! No more burns YaY! My hubby installed it in minutes I have to say the rain head is nice stainless steel I'm disappointed that the shower head is plastic one drop is a concern my old wand alone in a tight shower space I could never get totally wet & it was exhausting as I have terrible mobility in my arms I spent more time fighting the short hose burns & the wand slippery w/soap brand name but wore me out... The only gripe I got is when the rain head is on the water to the new wand goes weak & I have high ceilings so I think I may have to get up & down to adjust the function to have both on I'm about to go take a shower so I'll be able to see if it's a water pressure thing worth it to have the rain head concerned about the wand pressure cuz I want to be wet from head to toe I haven't actually got in there yet I tried it after installation I hope I can benefit from both I love the long hose no more burns that a plus jus a word make sure you got good water pressure when I tried the knob for both the wand isn't as strong so I have to pick which one oh the joys of old age & being disabled... Over all I'm satisfied looking forward to seeing how it works I won't return unless it malfunctions cuz it's installed & is an upgrade from a high end it's now my rain room the Moen wand which was stainless built well & again I have mobility issues the Moen wand was hand heavy again mobility for me is different so the wand on this plastic wand may actually be a plus cuz it's light enough for me to hold I put in my Moen 2nd bathroom... We even had extra parts in a nicely packed box worth every penny for my needs!

After opening the package, which had the items perfectly placed, I pulled out all the parts and reviewed the diagram. The instructions were very easy to follow in large enough print for those who need glasses or not. One item added to the supplies was plumber tape (a nice big roll), which I knew how to use, but it does not reference it in the instructions. Additionally, extra parts, such as washers and shower hangers come extra ..nice touch. The shower product was very well put together and able to handle the stress of tightening without snapping or bending. Well worth the added cost, compared to other products. After installing, the water test was a breeze and NO LEAKS, which is always good. You can use the spray handle; or the Rain Shower head, or BOTH! Water pressure was better than expected and I can look forward to larger water bills with my daughter and mother-in-law gleefully enjoying their new shower. I would rate this installation as a 1 out of 5, with 1 being very easy. Total time was approx. 30 minutes, and that was due to the adjustments made for the rain shower head to point just where my daughter wanted. I would highly recommend this shower/rain kit as a nice replacement to the standard shower head(s).

Basically this is a really nice shower head it just says in the description it provides more pressure to pump the water out but it really doesn't. Moral of the story if you have bad water pressure this isn't going to fix it, but it's still a really nice shower head.bit looks nice and it feels nice. Also a bonus to have the second shower head for cleaning our dog and cleaning out the shower.

Rubber washer that it came with was brittle and warped - didn't want to straighten. Went to Home Depot to get replacement washers. Still leaked like a sieve when I screwed it onto the hose extension. Tried tightening it more, and it broke! I didn't put any effort into tightening it, as I saw that it was cheap plastic and knew it would crack if it was tightened too much. I had to go back to Home Depot to buy a stopper for the extension and throw away the handheld head. We just have to use the overhead shower. The reason I bought this was for the handheld shower that I can't even use! I shouldn't have to go to Home Depot for anything!

The media could not be loaded. Its lightweight but still too heavy for itself. Could be stronger hold on joints. The connector to main source is too loose and it sprung a leak mid shower. Luckily I have plumbing skills. It looks incredible. So polished. Just unfortunately a bit cheaply made. Its worth the 65 I paid.

After reviewing several reviews of this item , I decided to purchase . Came home to a small but hefty package for a shower head. Upon unboxing this unit I noticed a lot of little parts. Further into the install and reading of the directions , I decided the little mesh screens and smaller o rings must be for other models . I put the larger o rings into the necessary holes, used the Teflon tape and tightened. With fingers crossed , here came the water ! I took the maiden voyage and tested . I can honestly say that I didn’t and still don’t want to get out of the shower now . I’m sure the water company will appreciate giving me a bigger bill, but you only live once! To sum up the build quality , I will say it exceeded my expectations . The extension arm is solid brass , not like the junk the box stores sell. The wand has a lot of pressure and the hose is metal .If there is any doubt I hope this helps you decide .

Absolutely love my new 10” Rain shower head. On a recent vacation to a resort in Cancun Mexico. I had the luxury of experiencing a Rain shower head in my room. Made it a point to purchase one. Ordered this one from Amazon and I’ve never enjoyed showering more than I do now. Beats all standard shower heads by far. So easy to set up and install. Works perfectly as advertised. Adjusts from a calming rain shower to a full Thunderstorm of showering water. Did I say I love this shower head?
