    • Good for fast basic printing
If you are looking for a plug and play printer this one is not for you. it requires driver setup and connecting to the printer physically for the functions. additionally, you can print from the computer wirelessly and wired via network but cannot scan to email without setting up your email address on the web and with the app and cannot scan to pc without the phone app that does not work. However, it does print lightning fast and scans the same to USB Tech support is non existent on the web. have not reached out to the company Sleep mode does give option to not sleep ... show more

Tried many times to connect to my WiFi. No tech support. Tried to print QR code from printer and link takes you to their website for about 1 second then jumps straight to some Chinese gaming websites. Totally worthless. Sent first printer back got same printer hoping it was them and not me. This one works good. Next time I’ll spend more and get a name brand with support. Still waiting for labels to send other one back. Next day delivery has so far taken over a week ... show more

Loving the FAST printing. I purchased this unit due to a step up in my workload that my Brother couldnt keep up with. 2 reasons i was sold... Wireless and FAST. Downside.... trying to set up the wifi to be wireless. Ended up just pluging the unit into the computer. I havent called Tech Support, as i have no time, so I got it set up to get me through. You have to download an app from your device other than the computer its connected to, to print by Wifi. WOULD RECOMMEND ... show more

I like the style of the printer & the type of cartridge. I got stuck on figuring out why my paper sizing would always revert back to A4. Make sure you remove ALL the tape & you can't sit this against the wall. The print quality is poor. My 1st print is streaky & illegible. I will be contacting them for another cartridge. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Warms up fast. Prints fast. Good quality copy. Very nice for me. Has Ethernet port. What I wanted. Duplexes. It's my first try with it. So, have to see how it's going to be in the long run,. :-) Probably not built heavy enough for heavy use in business. But good for personal use. Scans, copies, 2 sided, prints. ... show more

    • Might print well...if you can get paper into it.
Opened this up, got it set up and in position, plugged it in, and immediately found that the paper tray's byzantine and absurd design makes it unusable. The load tray isn't big enough to hold US Letter paper, so when it tries to extract a sheet, the roller pulls the tray itself as well as the paper, and the tray pops out without loading any paper. So - you need to hand-load paper to get it to do anything. Not much point in buying a 35PPM printer that needs to be hand-fed. The Wi-Fi system is equally byzantine, with the screen providing one line of 'information' that makes connecting it an ordeal. This isn't really a 'wireless' printer in the same way that other printers are, since it seems to depend on a bespoke app to use it directly, so unless you do all of your printing from a mobile device, it's going to be annoying to need to keep switching from your regular WiFi connection to the hotspot that the printer prints from - especially because it seems to forget everything when it goes to sleep? Anyway - returned this within hours of opening it up, when it became obvious that it isn't vaguely fit to purpose. ... show more

First setup on laptop no. 1 using supplied CD went well...no issues. Laptop no. 2 however does not have a CD drive. Download of driver from Pantum webpage failed miserably. This was disappointing. After multiple attempts I copied all files from the CD to a flash drive. The installation on laptop no. 2 and no 3 were completed quickly an without issue. I now have 3 laptops printing via WI-FI. A note to the Manufacturer....Please include a flash drive with the drivers for this product. ... show more
