Absolutely love this tray. The lid closes tightly (not airtight (probably), but good as a cover in the fridge). Sturdy and weighty material with purposeful handles that go straight up to minimise oven space needed. Used it for baking a small salmon en croute to good effect.

I found nothing to dislike about this fabulous pan. I used it twice already. I cooked roasted vegetables one day and a roast chicken another day. Both meals cooked beautifully, the pan's handles made it such a cinch to carry the pan from the counter to the oven and back to the counter. I love that it came with a cover for storing the leftovers in the fridge, and when I tell you this was the easiest pan I ever cleaned I am not kidding! No soaking, no scrubbing, it went into the dish washer the first time and came out brand new again. I tested washing it by hand after roasted veggies were cooked in it and it wiped out so clean and easy. Smartest Purchase ever! I bought another one just two days later! ... show more

There is absolutely zero flaw to this product. It can go from the stove to the oven. The handles are big and convenient. Many high quality expensive ceramic/stone bakewares don’t have big enough handle which makes me nervous esp when it’s hot. So I am especially happy about that.

Wonderful pan for making lasagna! Worked much better than the regular cake pan I had been using, and it was easier to clean up. Some reviews mentioned problems with the lid. If installed and removed properly (i.e., minding the tabs on the long sides), it is easy to use. Glad I got it!

    • Great Allclad quality in a compact baker for small batches

I wanted a small baker for casseroles, and decided to give this a shot given that I have quite a few pieces of Allclad cookware, and swear by the brand. So far, this 8"x8" baker hasn't disappointed, and heats up evenly and browns well. The only gotcha to know is that Allclad doesn't provide replacements for the lid, and if you damage yours (like I did), you're out of luck. I'm guessing they purchase the lids from a supplier, so in theory there might be a way to order a compatible piece, but I've yet to locate one. ... show more
