I ordered this walking pad in like new from Amazon and it indicated it had all the parts. Upon arrival, it did not. It was missing pretty much all of the accessories (oil, remote, adjustment wrench) Amazon couldn't replace just this parts (but gave me a partial credit to keep it). Since I could maintain it without the accessories I reached to the vendor and they were quick to respond and sent me all the missing items without charge. Customer Service is 5 stars!! Amazon, please do a better inspection of returns before you sell them as complete/like new. As for the walking pad, I love it. It is the perfect size and easily slides underneath my couch for storage. The remote is very small so easy to tuck in your pocket to control your speed. I'm 65 and think this is a way to get a little more activity in your day walking while you catch up on a fav show! ... show more

I bought this walking pad for my desk at work. I love how small and light it is. AND it's super quiet compared to other models. I have the model: 480L-A. I've had it for a month so far and I specifically use it to get steps in because I sit at a desk all day. It goes to 4.0mph but I use it at 2.0 or less and LOVE IT! Many people have come by my desk to see my new toy. LOL A co-worker did get one but she got a different model and hers is drastically louder so make sure you get the MODEL: 480L-A ... show more

I waited to write a review so I could speak to the durability of the walking pad. I’ve had mine since January. I had had no issues at all with the functionality. I haven’t had to add oil to it at all. It still functions perfectly. I use it about 3 times a week to get my steps in for the day. I can watch tv while I’m walking. The controls work without issue. I would say you could get a like walking workout using it. So far seems very durable. It folds up but I’ll have space for it and haven’t used that feature. Bought this one to replace another walking pad that broke after 1 year of use. So far this has made me happy with my choice. This model is much more silent than the previous one. Purchased this on sale for $95 about 6 months ago. I have used it roughly 3 times a week for anywhere from half an hour to two hours at a time. So far, it is holding up. The remote is still using the battery it came with. You do not need a mat or lube for this treadmill! It comes with a bottle of lubricant and has rubber feet. The biggest problem with this treadmill is how loud it is, specifically it has a high pitched squealing noise (like a dog whistle). I wouldn't use this with other people in the room or without wearing headphones. It would definitely be too loud to use on a phone call. Overall, very good for the price. ... show more
