Alone, I don’t feel like it would be waterproof. I was really looking for a 90 inch specifically and this was honestly perfect. As for thickness, it’s fair for the price and has a good weight to it. I did hit it with a steamer to get the creases out of it. I bought sage color this to add some extra color in my ocean themed bathroom. It was perfect! The quality of the fabric is really nice not thin and feels high quality. The little tassels are adorable and to me was one of the selling points.

While the shower curtain is very nice and the style does look like the photo, the colour is very inaccurate and looks very different from the photo. Luckily the colour still looks great in my bathroom however it is misleading how wildly different the colour actually is especially if you're choosing this based on colour. It fits perfectly and it looks very nice but it is a bit on the thinner side. I got it to spruce up our guest bathroom & it did a great job. I wanted a shower curtain with a Boho vibe, to use for staging a vacant apartment. I feel that this light weight curtain will be warer resistant, but ill still use a liner with it. This curtain was so reasonable and attractive, I'll purchase again.
