As with any substitute food, you can't expect this to taste anything like a real cinnamon roll. But it is good as some sort of biscuit / cake hybrid. It's got a scone like texture. It's not too sweet like their pop tarts products. It is not toaster friendly, the frosting will melt.

I had been ordering these for a while now, atleast once a month. They are a bit pricey, so I try not to get them often or if they go on sale will try to take advantage of that. I like the macros, considering there a healthier alternative with more protein, 20 grams of protein per roll with 10 grams of fat is a really good ratio for protein to fat for a high protein alternative treat. They also don't taste like a protein snack compared to a protein bar with the same macros, none of that protein chalky taste in them. I usually warm them up for 15 seconds in the microwave to make it softer, but I have had them straight out of the bag and they still taste good. I haven't had any issues with smell or texture, each bun has been consistent in that matter. But I have noticed some discrepancy in the size of the rolls, I have had a few rolls being less then the serving size of 63 grams. Overall will keep buying them and would recommend it.

For what it is, very good. Warm it up!!! Once warmed it’s soft like a cake cookie and the cinnamon roll filling it’s very yummy! A lil on the expensive side but definitely worth it for a quick on the go snack!

They changed the recipe on these and improved the texture and taste. The new ones have 22 g of protein. Also, they are not as dry. I would still not equate them to Cinnabon but they are good if you need something sweet to eat to satisfy that sweet craving.

First, these are fine. If you don’t expect miracles then you’ll be less disappointed. There is a decent cinnamon flavor but the whole roll is DRY. The icing is flavorless and is mostly there to make you think it has some icing on it. Like others have noted you definitely don’t want to eat these at room temperature. I tend to heat mine at 25 seconds on 50% to get a good and even heating. It helps. But it makes you want to drink something because it is so dry. I expect to try the chocolate variety at some point and hoping it will have more flavor. But as it is with this product, it’s very similar to Quest’s cookies: the shape makes you think you’re getting something that you aren’t.

If you love cinnamon rolls but are cutting carbs, this is a must-try. These cinnamon rolls are satisfying, especially when warmed in the microwave for 15 seconds (I use an 1100-watt microwave oven). The texture may be too dense if not microwaved. Pairs perfectly with a morning coffee, making a great quick breakfast. My only complaint is they’re often out of stock, but otherwise grab them when I can.

I was worried at first, the size of the roll wasn't impressive. The cost was a bit more than I wanted to chew. I tried one right out of the package due to lack of intake, but was not disappointed one bit. Texture, taste, lasting, and gave me the needed pick me up I was in desperate need of. The next day, I nuked it. It said 10sec. I did 15 and it was so amazing, i could almost not care about the cost. Thanks to you. Cause that stood tall up to the name, Legen, wait for it,, dary. Legendary!!
