Very easy to build, took about 45 min! A nice house for only one bunny tho! But it’s a fun little spot for them to chill and hide if they want to! Let your bun run around so they don’t destroy it!! Overall I love it for my bunny! And def worth the price:) Great hutch for my bunnies! It's super easy to clean. Bunnies love the 2 floors. Fits in with my home decor. Modern living for my rabbits. Easy for my children to pet and play by opening the 2nd floor roof. Love that it has wheels and I can move around. Does have a funny smell but I think it's the wood. I like it. Must buy! Aivituvin is amazing! Very easy to assemble and it’s very spacious for 2 bunnies and the brand is just amazing . I own 3 of the same hutch and I highly recommend This hutch was easy to put together with clear instructions. All wholes lined up and took about an hr. It’s not a robust piece of furniture, but for the price, this is excellent and I would recommend. This is the only hutch that I could find in this style with wire grates and water proof pullout trays. From the pictures and description, I could not clearly tell what material is used for the black floor. I was a little concerned when I first opened the package but the material is very sturdy and water(pee)-resistant. This is much easier to clean than using pads. It also minimizes any odor when kept clean. Our rabbit enjoys being in the play yard almost as much as his new hutch. Highly recommend. I don’t think I have ever been as pleased with an Amazon purchase as I am with this hutch. Our rabbit, my daughter and I LOVE IT. I was really debating on whether or not to keep our rabbit just because it was so hard to keep his last cage clean and move around. This IS NOT A CAGE… this is a home. He uses all the space which I was nervous about. I was expecting him to not use the ramps or lay on the wire mesh. All I need to do is change the pee pad on the bottom tray once or twice a day and I’ll continue spraying the mesh down with alcohol once every few days. On top of that, I think it is so cute! It is VERY WELL MADE and easy to assemble. I put it together in front of the rabbit so that way he could see it being built and get a little familiar with it. I was able to get it together in about 1 1/2 - 2 hours, taking my time. t’s easy to move as my 4 year old rolls it from room to room. I really did not want to give up and send the rabbit back. I actually enjoy having him now. WE LOVE IT! ... show more

Great small cage to fit in my small apartment. Only personal issue is my rabbit likes to eat wood and that does severely damage the bottom layer of the cage, I recommend plastic if that's an issue for you or just lay a lot of hay. Other than that, is a really good cage for the cost.

It’s a nice hutch. Some of the instructions were a little odd and felt a little out of order, but we got it built. Unfortunately it did come a little scuffed but that’s not a huge deal. my biggest complaint is the smell. very strong chemical smell. I’m glad I got this weeks before my bunny is coming home so it has time to air out. the smell gave me a head ache when I was assembling. A day later the smell is less strong but I also have an air purifier which may be helping with that. Overall it’s nice. decent room. nice pull out pans. Easy assembly for the most part except towards the end. update:It took about two full weeks for the smell to dissipate from the hutch. the hutch is a bit small for my 3 1/2lb holland lop. Originally I put a litter box in the bottom portion but it was hard for him to get in it bc of how low the ceiling is. The stairs/ramp is also useless. Bunny slips and can’t use it. Even when added carpet it’s just too steep and small. I really hope no one buys this as theirs rabbits only home because it’s absolutely not enough space. My hub has a large xpen attached and he does like to rest in there now that i’ve moved his litter box. I just definitely wouldn’t recommend this unless you’re willing to wait two weeks after receiving it to let it air out before you can put an animal in it. especially a rabbit. ... show more

Although it was listed as 69$ by the time I checked out and shipping kicked in it was 159$!😦 I love it so does my bunny granted he has ate most of the inside! Which that’s what they do so I shouldn’t expect less! Anyways, it’s his mansion and he’s a lot happier so I’m happy! Oh and you have to assemble so be ready to build! ... show more

This hutch is adorable. We love the look of it. It was kind of hard to put together plus, if you are gonna be gone for an amount of time, the rabbit will chew on it our rabbit chewed it like three or four different places and all the way through in places, the wire mesh on the bottom part came Unstapled in places and ended up curling up so that could be harmful to rabbits. It’s also very hard to clean the top part if your rabbit pees on it, the wood just soaks up the urine and makes it very hard to get clean and make it smell good but if you stay on top of it, it’s not that bad. Another issue we had is getting the trays to slide in easily. We had to finagle it multiple times just trying to get it in, but it was perfect for what we needed at the time. The wood is very cheap feeling and if you have a bigger rabbit, it’s not the best for them. ... show more

I was apprehensive about purchasing this item after looking at the reviews. I was surprised to see there was no broken wood upon arrival. Also, there was a strong chemical smell. It was a little challenging to assemble at first. It's lightweight and easy to move around. The hutch is big enough for my rabbit to move around with ease and small to fit in a small area. So far I have no negative comments to make. I am pleased with the end results. I will add more pictures after setting up the hutch to his liking ... show more

I love how easy this was to put together!! I put it together by myself and it only took me about 2 hours again I was working alone and taking my time. It makes cleaning the cage so much easier and I feel so much better knowing my bunny has space to move around after being stuck in a small cage for so long. I did buy a food ball to hang on the side of the cage just cause my bunny likes to tip his bowl over and since the cage has the bottom drawer he can’t reach any food that he dumps out so that made it easier. It did take him a little bit to start going up and down the ramp to the top floor but now he uses it all the time. Again with cleaning it is 10x easier than the old cage I had. I just put two pee pads in the bottom and then bought a small cat litter box from the dollar tree and it works perfect!! The wood did smell when I pulled it out of the box and I was worried it would stay but it went away after about a day or two. Definitely only made for inside purposes though because the wood can only get wet so much. My only worry is my bunny keeps chewing on the wood and I don’t know how to get him to stop… Overall an amazing home for my bunny, safe to say he loves it ... show more

This product was awful. I’ll be returning it if possible. I kept it for about a month because I really wanted it to work, but please save your money. There are two main things I’d like to talk about: assembly and cleaning. Assembly: 0/5 stars There are no pre-drilled holes. There are about 15 assembly steps but no pre-drilled holes. I had to go out and buy a drill just to put this thing together. One of the later steps is much more difficult to do after the earlier steps. I was genuinely almost in tears trying to assemble this thing. Cleaning: 0/5 stars First let’s talk about how this thing leaks like crazy. The first time they peed outside of the litter box it leaked down onto the floor. I had to buy a tarp just to put under it. The bottom tray won’t open. It was stuck in from the very first time I tried to open it. Even with two people we could not get it open. This thing markets itself as easy to clean, but it’s a nightmare. I bought this hutch because I needed something that was easier to clean. I spent so much money on this ridiculously expensive hutch so that I could make my life a little easier. I regret it in every way. I will be sending this thing back with extreme prejudice. TL;DR - No pre-drilled holes - Difficult assembly - Leaks - Bottom drawer stuck immediately - Overpriced - Very difficult to clean ... show more
