I’ve had this chiller for a few weeks now. But my axolotl tank just recently cycled so they’re in there and I can trust that I will kick on while I’m asleep and it’s quiet. I’ll check back in during the summer to give a full review but so far so good, especially for the price

Insanely complicated to figure out how to set up and the instructions are absolutely no help. Originally in a different language and the translation tells you little to nothing. It does not explain how to set up or what parts are even used for. Highly disappointed. If you don't have previous knowledge on chillers or how to set them up this will be near impossible. Extremely upset with all the money spent and decent instructions can't even be included. Photo included is the extent of the directions for set up. Everything else in packet is basically usless information.

Just received this item, Working great, I'm using it to chill the water of my cold plunge tub. I was able to set the water temp to 55 and the unit gets to work immediately. The default settings have a 5 degree difference so it will let the water go to 60 then cool it to 55 etc. It the took the machine about an hour to cool the water.

It must have been dropped. The bottom of the metal case is pushed out, like the pump tried to escape through the bottom!!! There was a box inside a box. It's safe to say the cover over the cooling fans was damaged before Amazon received it!!! I'm pretty sure this thing is supposed to be kept up right to keep the oil in the pump and around the motor. There are no markings like fragile or this side up or even an arrow. I let it sit for an hour, upright, before I turned it on. It made some questionable sounds, but it is working. I should have just gone to a local store I don't think I saved much time, money or effort. I will be sure to update if it stops working!
