For the money, this is pretty great. It's attractive and a great option for me to keep my giant rabbits separated. Some things worth knowing: Like most hutches it comes shipped in flat pieces and needs to be assembled. Assembly wasn't too bad, maybe an hour and a half. The instructions are pretty clear and straightforward the only things that might trip you up are: There are two types of casters (wheels). Half of them have locks and the other half don't. The locking ones should be on the front. There's an instruction to install the hay feeder... I'm surprised there's only one hay feeder, but the instruction doesn't really tell you where to install it *back wall in pictures. The box was packed pretty well, no damage from shipping, but the dead space was filled with Styrofoam. Ultimately I had a kitchen garbage bag worth of plastic / Styrofoam waste, which is a disappointment. When assembling this sort of structure be extremely careful. Screws strip out easily and the light wood can splinter. I had better than average results on this than I have on others in the past. I love the design. Everything is accessible, more than I thought it'd be in the pictures. Even the rigid floor section is easily dumped into the tray below for cleaning. Money well spent I think.

This is an amazing cage. It has plenty of space, offers privacy, and is easy to clean. The extra features, such as the slide-out clean trays and the options to open from above, the front, or the cage door, are very convenient. I love that it rolls smoothly. It feels sturdy, although one bunny was able to chew a little on the thinner wood around the ‘house’ area, and there was some splitting of the wood during assembly. It is a beautiful piece and an attractive addition to any space. It is pricey with the shipping, and I had to pay for assembly, but my guy got it assembled in 2.5 hours. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase so far and highly recommend it.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I received it with some damage that I was able to fix but you should t have to receive anything with damage if you’re buying it new. I have had one adult lion head rabbit that has stayed in here every night for the past month. I clean it every 2-4 days normally and I have not noticed any “water” damage from pee or from her water bowl, however like I did say, I clean up after her often. She does chew on parts of it, but she is a rabbit and that’s bound to happen overall she hasn’t done that much damage to it and it is holding up well. If you are not somebody who stays ontop of cleaning and doing bedding changes or cleaning op water spills I would not recommend this hutch because it is made of wood it can mildew and can harm your animals. I would say if you can clean it atleast once a week you should be fine. It was not the easiest to put together but it isn’t an eyesore in my living room so I really can’t complain. This isn’t the greatest or fanciest hutch but if you take care of it, it is worth the money and if I needed to I would be okay with buying again.

I bought 3 Pros: easy to assemble in no time at all Looks beautiful Space to hang toys and treats Sturdy Perfect for my little lion head bunny and almost perfect for my giant breed bunnies Cons: a little smaller then you think. The giant bunny pictured is only 3 months old so I will need to upgrade 2 of the hutches because they almost fill up the space. Lacquer smell There is no tray under the sleeping area so you have to vacuum it out and clean it separately. Side note, don't put the wheels on when it tells you, put them on as soon as you get the frame together. Other then that, they are perfect and almost perfect houses for my bunnies. Well built, but wouldn't recommend for growing giant breed bunnies. Perfect for small to medium bunnies.

I purchased this Aivituvin Rabbit Hutch for my quail, and while it has some nice features, the overall quality is disappointing—especially for the price. On the positive side, it’s a very cute hutch with plenty of space. I like that it has two separate areas and multiple doors for access, which makes caring for my birds easier. I also appreciated how easy it was to put together. However, the materials are not very durable. Several pieces arrived broken, and within two weeks, I had already damaged the wheel mounts, which now no longer hold the wheels in place. One of the roof hinges also broke with minimal use. The trays are okay, but the plastic is attached to the wooden frame, so cleaning requires extra care. I adapted the hutch for quail by adding hardware cloth to the floor for their feet. I also wish there were locking mechanisms on more access points—only the front door has a proper latch. The top grate and side access areas could really benefit from some sort of lock. Despite the poor quality, I may purchase again due to the layout and appearance—but I definitely feel it’s overpriced for the build quality.

At first glance, this hutch looks great—nice design, seemingly functional, and it should be a cozy little space for your bunnies. But once it arrived, it was a total nightmare. The entire structure was so badly bowed that it couldn’t even be assembled properly. The back had a one-inch gap right in the center, which completely defeats the purpose of it being “leak-proof.” Not only does water get right in, but it leaves an open invitation for any small critters to crawl in. Totally unacceptable for something that’s supposed to keep your pets safe. I reached out to the seller about the issue, hoping they’d at least make it right with a replacement or return. Instead, I got brushed off and offered a lousy $10 refund. That’s it. No return, no replacement, no real support—just “here’s ten bucks, deal with it.” The materials are ridiculously cheap. The wood is so brittle it practically crumbles in your hands. Within just a couple months, multiple parts have broken or fallen off. The ramp snapped off from my small bunnies simply going up and down it. One of the main crossbars from front to back split and ripped the screws right out of the wood—again, all because of how warped the whole thing is. I’ve had to reinforce this thing with wood glue, extra screws, and other materials just to keep it semi-functional. Honestly, it’s been more work trying to keep this hutch in one piece than it’s worth. You really do get what you pay for, and this is a prime example of that. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy on this garbage. Save yourself the frustration and invest in something built to last. This isn’t it.

I ordered this hutch to replace a temporary cage for my new bunny. The shipping fee had me looking at other options, but in the end I'm glad I decided to go with this hutch. It arrived in great condition. Everything was very well packed. I didn't have any damaged pieces. The assembly was pretty simple and straight forward. I put it together by myself and it took me about an hour to an hour and a half. The pre-drilled holes were nice and easy to line up. My bun hasn't tried to chew the hutch at all. The ramps are decent. They have the same asphalt material as the top of the hutch. The trays are super easy to clean. She definitely has a lot more space. I absolutely love all of the doors and the security and accessibility they provide. I decided to put the wheels on her home so I could move it around my living room when I clean. I just shove a folded blanket under it to block my bun from getting under it. We decided to add lights because it seems pretty dark. We have about 30ft of fairy lights strung around the first and second levels of the hutch and those seem to give her enough light. The only thing I didn't care for was the smell. The hutch itself has an smell that is very strong. I'm hoping over time and regular cleaning that the smell goes away. Other than that, I definitely recommend it!

I thought I would clarify the quality of this item. I waited until we had been using this hutch for a few weeks before writing this so that I could include actual usage in my review. A few things to address: Firstly, yes. It’s wood. Which means your rabbit WILL chew it. Especially if you don’t provide them with alternative chewing toys. We have done that and our bunny hasn’t chewed it at all. And she’s been in it for 2 weeks now. Secondly, your rabbit will need time OUTSIDE of this hutch. It is roomy enough for sleeping, eating, etc. But it is definitely not big enough for a rabbit to live in full time without ever coming out. I mean, a German shepherd COULD live in your bathroom, but he probably won’t thrive there. Same thing. Your bunny will need more room to move. You can do that by free roaming if that’s feasible for you, or you can attach a pen or do a combination of both like we do. (See picture) The pen we used is this one: https://www.amazon.com/MidWest-Foldable-Metal-Exercise-Playpen/dp/B002904LZE It fits PERFECTLY up to the ramp door on the lower right side! We couldn’t have planned it better! To describe how it looks aesthetically in one word, adorable! This hutch is SO CUTE! It fit right in with our decor and it looks more like furniture than like “an animal lives here”. Assembly wasn’t too hard. I did it by myself, mainly because if my husband and I put things together TOGETHER, we contemplate divorce. So, I did it on my own, I only had to ask someone to hold something for me twice. Overall, assembly took me about an hour and a half and the directions were pretty straightforward and easy to follow in my opinion. As far as sturdiness, it IS thinner wood, but typically rabbits only weigh a few pounds so it’s strong enough to me and it IS well made. We have had no issues with it at all. She loves her house, she goes in every day for her “beauty sleep” and comes back out in the evening when she’s ready to play. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hutch! Just remember to make sure your bunny has time outside of it in some way and to provide chew toys and you will be good to go!! 🐰💜
