Hello there, nice to meet you! ;o) With the Fourth of July coming up, who doesn't need an extra set of pans to serve your holiday goodies, for a lot of people? I rest my case. This series of 1/4 size stainless steel pans are fairly well made, and very useful. That said, I saw that the underside of the corners that were not fully smoothed out, that could cause an accidental cut or two if you aren't careful. The lids are... lighter weight than I'm used to, as I used to work with heavier weight pans in the years past, at various restaurants. But for home use, they may be just fine for most people. I will say the handles on the lids could be better welded-- I think they will hold for everyone, keeping hot morsels hot, and cold foods chilled! In other words, these pans will serve their purpose well enough. ;o) On a positive note, these pans are a great value, about $45.99-- $7.66 for each pan, at the time of this review. And they win hands down over the aluminum foil pans that seem to get used a lot with holiday picnics, you know? It's nice to be green and reuse items whenever we can, and protect the Earth in the long run. Don't forget to enjoy your party! Give this ChieFinch Stainless Steel Steam Table Pan with Lids 6 Pack, 1/4 Size, 2.5" deep a try...
