I’m extremely happy with the J10 robot vacuum and mop. It has been a fantastic addition to my home and does a great job keeping floors clean with very little effort on my part. The 4000Pa suction power is impressive for a robot vacuum in this category. It easily picks up dust, crumbs, pet hair, and everyday debris from both hard floors and carpets, and I like that there are three adjustable suction levels depending on what kind of cleaning I need. One of my favorite things about this model is the 3-in-1 design. The combination of sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping helps save time and makes the floors look much cleaner overall. The different cleaning path modes also seem to improve coverage and make the cleaning process more efficient. The smart controls are another big plus. Using the app, remote, or voice control makes it simple to schedule cleanings, adjust settings, and manage water flow whenever needed. I also appreciate that a remote control is included, which is helpful if you don’t want to rely on the app all the time. The obstacle avoidance works well, and it moves around furniture carefully while avoiding stairs and edges. The carpet boost feature is especially useful because it automatically increases suction when needed. This robot vacuum cleans really well on different floor types. It picks up dust particles very efficiently from every corner. Switching between moping and vacuuming is very easy. This robot vacuum has been the best as compared to what I have tried before. The battery life is amazing, the vacuum is quiet as well which is great. Voice control feature is very amazing, I am able to adjust settings and schedule cleaning by just my voice. Overall, it has been such a great experience using their robot vacuum. I highly recommend it.

Great battery life, fairly quiet, and effective at picking up dog hair. It appears to have great suction on both tile and carpeted floors, and the mop feature does a good job of picking up dusty footprints. It's slim and can go under most furniture and does a great job of maneuvering around furniture. I've only had this thing for about 3 days, but after running just a couple of hours each day there is very noticeable difference in the amount of dog hair and dirt on my floors. It appears to be well built so I hope to have this vacuum running for years to come!

This vacuum is a waste of time. The room mapping is terrible. It gets stuck every where. Never had this problem with other robot vacs. The vacuum charge doesn’t last that long either and the chamber for the dirt is too small. Mine gets filled with lint from one of the rugs. Not worth the wasted time redoing all the areas that vacuum missed. This item will be returned

This vacuum is amazing when it comes to vacuuming. Really no complaints aside from making sure all my child’s small tots are picked up, otherwise they will get ran over and stuck in the suction section. The mop section isn’t great and I wouldn’t suggest buying it based off the mopping feature. Although I’ve only tried the mop feature twice, it doesn’t put out much water and I guess is supposed to go over the same areas twice, however with our 2K sq foot home, it wouldn’t have enough battery power to successfully complete two full floor runs in our house. Also it only can mop with water so no fresh smells or scrubbing those harder problem areas. I do believe it is very easy to use, convenient, and works well for those main floor areas. It does get frustrating when you tell it to go “back home” to charge and it takes awhile to find its base.

Love the extra help. However, I don't use the mop part, who cleans and doesn't use any type of soap?? No thanks...but he does good on the hardwood, just not AS good on carpet.
