The 68oz pitcher is good for family-sized smoothies and the 20oz grinder cup is good size for prepping smaller potions. I think the 28000 RPM motor is very strong. It can make ice, frozen fruit and tough ingredients blend into smooth drinks in seconds. One thing I like about this blender is its speed adjustability which gives me control whether I am making protein smoothie or a chunkier salsa. This is a very strong blender. I would almost say its commercial use is capable given the strength it possesses when grinding, crushing and blending drinks. The best part about it is that it's self-cleaning. It doesn’t get much better than that. We have a large family so our use is comparable to a small coffee shop with everyone wanting some kind of blended drink many times a day.     • Mostly happy but it overheats easily.
It’s really powerful. But it seems to overheat easily, where it just stops. Then you have to wait 10-15 minutes for it to cool down, then press the reset on the bottom. Still it’s way more powerful than any blender I’ve ever owned, before it overheats and quits.
