I use an air fryer multiple times a day. The first two I owned claimed to be easy to clean, but were NOT - even in dishwasher! I love this one and the plate in the bottom. A brief soaking and it is like new. The only issue I had was the smell when first using - but I had read the reviews and knew to run let it burn off all the gasses outside the house. I have a screened porch, so that worked great. I ran it for a total of two hours until the smell was gone. After that, smell was not an issue. If anything happens to it in a few years, I will try to find the same. The color is delightful as well!

After purchasing and returning three different brands of air fryers, I was worried about this one. This one, fills the bill, I really like it! I just got it yesterday, so that is why I say first impressions. I washed it, and ran it through several test runs. Today, I made frozen fish fillets. They were the best! Crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. As others have stated, it is taking me a bit of time to figure out the controls and the presets seem pretty much right on. I love the look of it on the kitchen counter, the Red is shinny and it looks great with the chrome accents. I used the parchment inserts, and there was almost no oil or grease on it after making the fish. I used a fresh one for the fries, lightly misting with a Misto oil sprayer. The fries were so good that I made another batch later and virtually no oil or grease on the paper and after making three different items, I can't find a drop of anything in the pan itself or on the walls of it. No mess cleanup as the liners are just thrown away. The only thing that I do not like is the notification beep for shake and when the food is done. All three of the units that I returned had loud beeps. Even with no TV, musis, or anyone else in the house, it is very hard to hear. Basically, you must be in a perfectly quiet kitchen in order to hear it. On mine,the shake indicator seems to beep only once, so it is easy to miss it. I can tell when the food is done because the fan shuts off. This is not a deal breaker as I am setting the microwave timer to let me know when to shake! The fit and finish seem to be top notch, and the build quality is the pan/ drawer are all excellent. I will update this review after I use it more, but I really like it, and this one is a keeper!

I'm very happy with this air fryer. I've made a few meals and I really like how well the chicken wings turn out. Crispy outside, moist and tender inside. Perfect. Instructions are easy to learn and I like the sleek design. Looks nice on the counter. I got the sage green unit. I was going to get red but I'm very happy with the subtle color of green. It goes with everything. I also like the removable plate at the bottom. Makes clean-up very easy. I did as others suggested to burn off the new smell. I set it in the garage and let it run an hour. Then reset for another hour. The garage smelled horrible but it worked. There's no strange smell coming from it. All I can smell now is the chicken cooking. And that makes my mouth water. Very grateful to others for leaving informed and descriptive reviews. Those pushed me to take a chance and buy this air fryer. Glad I did. So, thanks!

Bought this several months ago so we could jump on the air-frying bandwagon train and so far its been great. Cooked meatballs, bacon, fries and its all cooked quickly and efficiently. The issue we have is although, we followed the instructions to turn it on for several minutes before first use to eliminate the factory smell, it still smells like that every time we turn it on, although not as strong. Would still recommend this air-fryer though. The one gripe i have is the plate that holds up your food is only secured by little rubber grip pads on the corner of the plate. This makes it difficult to properly secure the cooking plate easily without it constantly falling down into the basin. Overall, its nice to not have to preheat our giant oven for some bacon for 2 people, which takes 20 min to pre-heat, heats up the whole house and uses a ton of energy. This is a great alternative!

Easy to keep clean, like the sleek finish (doesn't leave finger prints). The gloss white looks great again glads white subway tile--just floats into tile so not that noticeable. Not loud like my dad's who has bigger and different model. Perfect for my restored 1920's vintage kitchen and love makig more use of my solar panels to bake and roast rather than expensive propane gas stove. I dont have a dishwasher and find it simple to wipe out clean once it is cooled down, normally in the morning after using it for dinner the night prior. Recommend!!!

looking at the reviews obviously the first thing you see is about the smell. i was nervous to order but decided to take the risk. opening the package i immediately knew what everyone was taking about- so i wiped down the unit, washed the basket, and let it run for about 15 minutes. still having the smell of burning plastic, i decided to bake some lemons using the air fryer for about 10-15 minutes and that completely took the smell away. apparently it’s very common for new airfryers to smell of plastic. i’m so glad i ended up buying this, such a bang for your buck and i’ve used it everyday since buying it :)
