Had this for a week now, tried all different stuff, pot stickers (1st use) cooked just a tad to much, but nice and crunchy. Wings turned out great, fries-perfect. reheated onion rings, better than turning oven on and quicker. Frozen/breaded calamari turned out nice. Trick is to check product often, regardless of what a recipe or book states. learned that after the pot stickers. For a 1st time air fryer, thought this to be an introductory model & price. Simple 2 knob control, makes it easy to deal with. Next few days will try and cook a couple of hamburgers. Been putting it off 'cause not quite sure how to pull it off. Been a grill user to long I guess. I recommend this unit for 1st time users, didn't think I would ever need (want is a better word) one of these, but wife insisted. The price was great and it is super easy to use. I live alone and use it almost everyday! It is a great option for healthier eating and so versatile! The capacity is great too! I may upgrade to a digital display because sometimes it is hard to tell how much time is left on this one.

Heat level works well, the inner basket is removable which makes it easier to clean, good value, and it cooks well the inner basket has louvers on the sides allowing the heat to circulate during the cooking process it has a larger capacity than my old one which is a plus

I emailed [email protected] on 1/19/2025 to see about the possibility of obtaining a replacement pan...still awaiting a response 9 days later. Would really like a response one way or another....
