I purchased the air fryer in January a little hesitant because it’s not a brand we know but it turned out to be the best Air fryer we have had. Cooks food evenly and quickly and is very easy to clean. Digital panel is very simple to control. We had an issue with ours as it would not turn on one morning and we reached out to Amazon and the seller. The product has a one year warranty and the company stands behind their product already sending one just a day after my message. Definitely recommend the Borlebbi air fryer it is worth every penny!

Air Fryer delivered in February 2024. Loved the size and the ease of use. It stop working today 6/17/2024. Picture shows power to the rice cooker but no power to the air fryer. The second picture shows both plugs are plugged into the same wall outlet. It just died without any warning. 30 days return policy is not right. Don't waste your money on this product. Update - sent an email to Borlebbi listed in the back of the owners manual and they responded same day I sent the email. Since the product has 1 year warranty, they offered to send a replacement which suppose to arrive 3-4 days. I will update if the replacement air fryer arrives. I updated the rating to two star. Update -6/21/2024 - I just got my replacement air fryer. It worked wonderfully. I did not realize how much I missed my air fryer. I am so happy with it and Borlebbi responded quickly. I upgraded the rating to 4 stars. I hope it last longer than 4 months this time. Otherwise, I would have rated 5 star. Another update 11/17/2024. Guess what, the replacement air fryer died the same way as the first one on 11/14/2024, after the loving using it for the last 4 1/2 months. Just like the previous incident, checked the power source, plugged to another outlet on a different line, check the circuit breaker (did not trip), could not revie it. I took extra care on this one hoping it will last at least a year. No luck. Sent two email to the company on 11/16/2024 and 11/18/2024 no response. Stay away from this brand. I am looking at other brands. Drop the rating back down to one star.

I absolutely love this airfryer. It cooks salmon better than any other appliance. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. Unfortunately it died after 10 months. I reached out to them and they immediately processed a replacement order. How about that!!

This fryer is amazing! I've used it almost daily for 11 months! I had an issue with it, and contacted the manufacturer. They were very friendly, quick to respond and very helpful! Issue was resolved within 2 days. I would recommend this to anyone. It's makes crispy fries, and pretty much anything. It's tray is HUGE and can fit an3 lbs bag of fries. Clean up is easy (it seems to be some sort of nonstick coating that just wipes off anything). It also looks sooo much faster than the oven. Oven = 20+ min. This bad boy = 10ish. Cheap, good quality, easy to use, and yummy cripsy and excellent communication. What more could you ask for?

I recently purchased airfryer and used it for the first time immediately noticed the buttons were kind of sticky and slow definitely something the Builder needs to check out otherwise works really well and great capacity..

We use this almost daily as we are super health conscious. This makes dinner quick, healthy and tasty. We do turkey burgers, fish, veggies, fruits, chicken the possibilities are endless. Our unit stopped working after 7 months. We contacted Borlebbi and they replaced the unit. Completely happy with the product and support they provide. It’s hard finding a larger sized air fryer. Would definitely recommend this one. It’s also easy to hand wash.

UPDATE: 8 month review. The bottom of the inside basket is TOTALLY flaked off, although the inside and outside of the basket and grill insert are still in pristine condition. The whole bottom is rusted. Crazy, but I still use it because my food is being cooked on the raised grill insert and does not touch the rusted pan bottom. I no longer use the grease accumulated from cooking but instead throw it out. It still works great, looks attractive and does what it is designed to do but the rust on the bottom is not a good thing. I have always washed it by hand (never dishwasher) using only a dish cloth and never used a scrubber, so why the inside bottom flaked, I have no idea. OLDER REVIEW BELOW: On the con: just one, so far after using it; on the inside of the basket and only on the bottom, the black finish (paint?) is bubbling off to the point, where it is fairly bare of paint. When I clean it, I pour out any grease into the garbage, then put a drop of dish detergent and warm water in to soak. Then after a bit, I use my dish cloth to wash it clean; so, no, I am not using a scrubber on it. But even if people do use a scrubber the paint, it should NOT be flaking off. I do not know if the fumes from the finish is escaping into the food.....I sure hope not. But the pros: this is a game changer for me in preparing simple meals. I mostly cook steaks in it and they come out perfect each time. I have also cooked fish, shrimp and even a small 6" cake and everything came out moist and delicious. Although I really like this machine, I may discard it and buy a different brand that has either ceramic or stainless steel baskets. I want to also say, the grill that holds the food up off the bottom, nor the interior sides of the basket have not flaked.
