I've only used the cleaning spray so far. It did a nice job removing the water line and rust stains near my waterfall that has a slow drip. I did not use filter cleaner this year since I purchased new filters. I will use the plumbing clean next spring before the water change

I misunderstood and thought this was for chemical balancing but it’s basically cleaning products. It says “chemical supplies” on the description, though. For the price, you will only get a few uses out of the set and we didn’t even pay half of that with our cleaning previously. It’s basically a good but expensive cleaning products. ... show more

I have had my spa for a little over 2 years and this is the first time using these products. First off, they all work well, but at a $100+ price point unless you really let your spa go I wouldn't recommend buying the stuff. The filter cleaner worked well, foams up more than I would like (pictured). I usually clean the filters with citric acid and some TSP. I would say this did about the same. The pipe gunk and grime remover was able to knock a bunch of stuff from the pipes (pictured). I'm just not sold that biofilm is that big of an issue for a properly maintained spa. Still, I can see being useful if you let your spa go real sideways, this would help. Once algae takes hold of a spa it is pretty difficult to get rid of and I can see this product being real useful to get everything back to normal. I'm glad they included a few of the little scum catching sting rays, even after thoroughly rising and vacuuming out all of the old water there was still some gunk left over the stingrays help clean up the last few bits. The spray cleaner, works well. I generally just use a solution of water and bleach. Again, I would say they are equal. Overall, everything does what it says it will do, but these are pretty expensive products, so unless you have a situation where you need a top performing product, I would stick with over the counter chemicals (citric acid, TSP, chlorine, etc..) ... show more

This kit caught my eye because it included a twin pack of the scum rays and I had been wanting to try them. You attach them to your hot tub with the suction cup and they float on the surface absorbing any oils or scum from the surface. After a week, you can toss it in the wash and use it again. It has a mesh cover so before washing, I use it to scrub/clean around the edge of the shell to prevent buildup. The spray cleaner works great to clean ad maintain my spa cover. Use the pool filter cleaner in a bucket of water to help your filter get extra clean and last longer. The plumbing and jet cleaner gives a boost to your annual cleaning and maintenance. The pack is a great value to keep your hot tub in the best shape possible. ... show more

I ordered this kit to help with cleaning and maintenance of my hot tub. The kit is very comprehensive with products to aid in cleaning all parts of the hot tub. I already had a set of scum rays and they work well, having a second pair works well as I can now have one set being cleaned and dried while the other is working in the tub. The filter cleaner is pretty basic and does the trick in extending the life of the filter element. I wish the jet and tubing cleaner didn't require a water change in order to use it and will give it a try the next time I change the water. The tub cleaner and deodorizer is easy to use and does seem to help with debris at the water line and does make the tub smell much nicer. All that being said its not an inexpensive product and will have to see how long it last before I decide if its worth a repeat purchase. ... show more
