My first refurb phone (13 Pro) went so well, I decided to go for it in ordering another this time for my spouse. As with the 13 Pro I received this iPhone 13 mini totally met expectations. There wasn't an issue that stood out enough for me to ding it, so I'm giving it full marks. There was only 1 minor issue that I did not experience with my 13 Pro. During setup after entering spouse's Apple ID the notification on the phone asking me to allow said the request was coming from LA. We are in WA, not LA. Was someone somehow hacking the phone or Apple ID? Retried everything. Again same thing. But timing was too perfect. Who could possibly be trying to sign in right at that same moment I was 2 times in a row...? Not likely, so I clicked through allowing and proceeded on with the setup. That was the only little sort of odd thing that happened, but didn't end up being enough of an issue for me to give it a minus mark in my opinion. And there have been no issues since receiving it just over a month ago on 2/16. Oh, and regarding its condition, there were no discernible damages, blemishes, etc that I could detect. To my eyes, it looked brand new. Good luck to you if you decide to go for it. This was our second. Both have been great. I would recommend to family and friends.

The quality of the the quality of the refurbished is pretty spot on. You wouldn't even be able to tell that it was refurbished. However in my experience one of the phones I ordered came with a sims lock. While it didn't take away from the value of the phone it did make it more tedious to go through the process of getting a replacement, explaining the situation to the third party that sold it, going through the return process, and waiting an additional week for a phone replacement that should have been unlocked in the first place. So in conclusion if you're looking to buy a refurbished iPhone all of the features are there with a great quality face recognition works perfect, the cameras look amazing, smooth no lag, no blemishes/scratches, but it does take away value for your money( which is still quite a bit of money) when there are technical issues that force you to go trough the return process.

I always bought phones from the cellular shop and asked to setup but I did it this time and it was pretty easy. Now I have a new phone that I love. Also it was sent quicker than expected to Hawai’i. I purchased this product as a gift. The overall condition of the product such as the appearance, battery status, and performance is good. The product comes with a charging cable, adapter, SIM slot separation pin, performance testing warranty, and activation method manual as shown in the picture. The genuine box is not included, but it was neatly packaged in a plain box, and the packaging was in good condition. The appearance of the product is generally good as mentioned earlier, but there are adhesive marks and slight scratches around the screen as shown in the attached photo. It seems to have been replaced due to a broken screen. I expected a better condition as I purchased a premium product, so I'm a little disappointed in this aspect. However, there is a clear advantage in terms of price, so I recommend purchasing it for consumers who can be satisfied with the product condition described above.

was looking for iPhone 13 mini, was not readily available. Was initially skeptical about refurbished iphone or laptop because of the remaining battery capacity. Turns out that the phone I got was exactly like new. Not a single scratch or visual defect, and the battery capacity came at 100%. In addition can be returned or exchanged in 90 days, and is good for the environment. Recommended!

The only major issues I had was that the phone was labeled as black but it was actually pink. It also had minor scratches on the screen. Otherwise great deal to buy a refurbished phone. The specs were exactly correct and phone was as easy to set up as any other apple device.

TLDR: this phone was a great price, and besides a few nicks and dings it’s perfectly functional. The customer service was excellent. Great price for a great phone. When I upgrade my phone, I typically search for the best deals on 1 to 2 year old devices. This iPhone was almost $150 cheaper than buying it new and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the green 13 mini in “Excellent Condition”. I was expecting it to be in better shape when it arrived. When I opened it, the phone was a bit dirty, and clearly had some deeper scratches on the front and back as well as some chips on the metal frame. Given it’s condition it would should have been listed as “Acceptable Condition”. It’s still perfectly functional though. I contacted the seller to let them know about the condition of the phone and within a day they got back to me. They were polite and ended up offering a partial refund which I happily took. I got a great deal, and while the phone’s condition wasn’t as “excellent” as I had imagined, I’m highly satisfied with the customer service and with the overall price of the device. Also, it has a new battery installed so it’s at 100% battery health.

I was hesitant to buy renewed since the battery life could be compromised, but was thrilled to find that the battery life was a full 100% and the phone looked brand new! Maybe I got lucky but I'm glad I took a chance on this. No regrets on this purchase.
