Very good mini grill , dishwasher friendly (make sure to dry to prevent rust). i put aluminum foil on the bottom for charcoal to not burn the metal and so far so good. cheap and affordable and does not break easily compared to all ceramic ones. easy cleaning. Wire rack for grilling might be difficult taking out or sliding in but use pliers to make adjustment on grill metal itself. so far very good for price/portability.

I love Grilling and from time to time I buy and experiment with various traveling small grills. This one did not disappoint, Super easy to set up, literary ready to go. The size is very good. I have used this grill for over several weeks every week-end feeding a bunch of hungry guys with various meat options. It is light to carry and fairly compact. The distance between the Charcoal and the grill plate can be a little short which means the fire / heat will be closer to your food, so you need to manage that. PROS: Compact, light, good surface area, easy to carry and store in your car, reasonable price (could be less expensive) CONS: The grill is a little flimsy and the first heat it bent a little. The material is very thin (hence light) but also it causes things to bend easy. The grill plate could be thicker and sturdier, but what it comes with works fairly well. Recommendation: 1- Put a piece of foil at the bottom of the grill , so cleaning will be easy each time 2- clean the grill occasionally, and it will stay in good shape 3- buy a storage cover so you can carry it easier and it won't make a mess in your car (in case you carry it like I do all the times)

Very challenging to find the perfect grill for authentic Persian kabob koobideh. This one is really good for small batches—like cooking six at a time. The width is perfect for laying skewers across and the height of the coals is also perfect. As others have noted this thing is very flimsy. Mine arrived damaged even though the box was very robust and undamaged. Its weakness is it’s strength. I was able straighten it out just fine with some pliers. For 25 bucks I’m happy with it. However, despite worries about cheap paint, I rushed into cooking with it the first time I fired it up. I should have listened to my gut. As I spread the coals and laid the skewers I began smelling the paint burning, possibly contaminating my food. As you can see from my photo, the center of the coal pan, the paint is completely gone. The underside is the same. I will continue to use this, but not until I load it up with super hot coals and burn all the paint off. It will rust out, but at 25 dollars I expect I’ll get my money’s worth. Hope this helps.

I like how ease it is to carry in the car. I have a sedan and it fits perfectly. The only had two bit issues with it. The rails for the grill are really short and the grill keeps falling in the charcoal. If they make them about 1" lg it will work perfect. The second issue is the material is very thin so it warped with the heat and completely corroded on the bottom. So it's not a grill to be used for years, perhaps once or twice.

I really enjoyed using this BBQ. It had enough space to cook 2 corn cobs , 3 pounds of chicken on skewers (kabob) and some veggies . I also purchased a small metal smoker tube that fit well underneath and used a spare electric George Forman grill cover ; I bought $10 thick cut bacon and smoked it with a few charcoal bricks/ applewood for 30 minutes. I put the bacon on a pan that had holes to drain the grease off and keep the bacon supported. By far the BEST bacon I have ever had!!!! And all that it cost was las than $40 ???? I’m so happy I want to buy 1-2 more of these things , I suggest it after trying out . I like backpacking and these are perfect , and I will be able to pack multiple to make a Feast , 3 of these would be plenty for 12-15 people ... anyways.. the item seems sturdy , well made , and is VERY portable and lightweight . I’ve used it twice, and it even cools down rather quickly (15-20 minutes for me) . Fantastic for under $20
