I ended up returning it because they sent a shorter hose than I ordered. However it appeared to be very strong and tough. It was quite stiff.

    • Well constructed but very stiff faucet end connector

Pros: seems a very well-constructed hose. Hooked it up today to the faucet and connected the other end to a pressure reducer and soaker hose for watering a raised garden bed. Cons: The faucet end connector is so stiff I had to use a wrench to turn it as I threaded it onto the faucet. We have a lot of hoses in use for planter beds. The faucet ends of all our other hoses turn freely with little effort. I do not have weak hands. I wonder if this is a manufacturing mistake. ... show more

It's flexible in cold weather and is easy to flip straight after hanging looped from a hose bracket. Gave it 3 stars for durability because I have only had for a short time but it looks like it will last years. One thing I don't expect to do with it is retire it for being stiff, kinky and generally more of a pain than useful. I've had these hoses for a year now. I bought (2) 25 foot lengths because I'm turning 80 in a couple weeks and I'm not as strong as I used to be plus I put shut off valves between hoses so I can turn off or adjust the flow without getting wet. They are very flexible and do kink when taking the coiled hoses off a hanger but they unkind easily with a flip/twist from the end. I don't have to walk back to the faucet to undo the kinks like some of the others. The connectors are well made and better than most. I don't know what some of the other posters are talking about. I figure they are competing hose trolls trying to put down a better made brand. The other stuff plastic nylon braid reinforced hose that was a pain will be cut into 16" lengths and used around ropes to support young fruit trees. The ropes slide back and forth inside the hose pieces with high winds preventing the tree bark from wearing off. I use 3 posts 120 degrees apart for tree support. The ropes inside the hose pieces are tied to one post, loop around the tree to the second post. Then around the tree to the 3rd post, around the tree to the beginning tie point and tied again. There is no complete wrap around the tree at any point. From above the rope assembly looks like a 3 blade fan. That's what to do with cheap kinky hose. ... show more

I use this product to drain the hot water tank on a quarterly basis and so far have only used it once and can edit the review after I perform the January Quarterly flush of the tank. It is the correct length to reach and insert into the floor drain. I have to use pliers to secure it tight enough to the tank drain to seal it, but my hands lack grip strength these days, so the tool helps me out. So round one accomplished and we shall see how round two fares in another month. ... show more

If you're like me and run a couple hundred feet of hose, you need 3/4 where you can to keep the flow rate up. This is a nice leader hose, decent connectors. Been in use for a few months now, no leaks. Wish I could buy these locally. Amazon to the rescue!
