For just a little over a hundred bucks, this product is pretty good overall. However, there are two issues that I wish could be addressed, although I understand they might not be feasible at this price point. Firstly, the seat height isn't adjustable, which can be frustrating for shorter individuals like myself. However, I've found that I can sometimes use the padded leg holder as a footrest, which helps alleviate this issue to some extent. Secondly, the resistance bands provide a fixed 25 lbs of resistance, which may not be suitable for individuals with varying strength levels. While these limitations make it more of a beginner's option, it's still quite functional. Despite these drawbacks, setting it up was a breeze, and it seems to be sturdy and potentially durable in the long run. As someone who doesn't lift heavy weights, it suits my needs perfectly. However, if you're seeking something more heavy-duty with adjustable resistance for chest exercises, you may need to invest in a higher-end option. Nevertheless, for beginners like myself, I'm satisfied with this setup.

When you get it out of the box, the size bench base makes it look intimidating to assemble, but its actually very easy to do. There are only about 4-5 pieces, minus the nuts and bolts. The instructions have decent diagrams and I was able to follow along without any mishaps. There was *one* small problem with the resistance bands, though. Towards the end of the manual, it asks you to tighten the spring mechanism for the bands before you use the machine. So I loosened the the knobs to get secure it, and wouldn't you know it- the whole spring came right out! Now this shouldn't have been a problem, but the knob and the spring case are two different pieces that are secured by two different rotation skews. This makes it nearly impossible to get the knob back on the spring and the machine at the same time. I struggled with it for about 20 minutes before I got it all back together and re-attached to the machine. Needless to say, I left the other band alone. Assembled it sits sturdy and solid on a carpeted or hard surface. The actual seat of the bench is small, but its padding is ok and the back is long and easy to brace against. There are multiple foot and leg rests at the bottom, but they seem vestigial and useless because they don't really lock into place. To fold the machine when its not in use, you have to pull out the 3 long cylinder pins at the bottom of the bench. It stacks up like a bulkier ironing board when its folded up. It only extended about 12 or 13 inches from the wall. 4 stars.

Ok so for barely over a hundred bucks, this is pretty good. I only have two issues I’d like changed but I’d never expect to get them in this price point. 1) the seat height isn’t adjustable, which really sucks for short people like me but the padded leg holder can be moved down and in certain positions I am able to use it as a foot rest, which does help a lot. And 2) the resistance bands are 25 lbs resistance and that cannot be adjusted to lower or higher depending on your strength level. So it’s definitely sort of a beginner’s thing but overall not bad at all. It was extremely easy to set up and seems to be pretty sturdy and I expect probably durable. For someone like me who lifts like SpongeBob with his little teddy bears on the barbell, it’s completely fine. But if you’re looking for something hard wearing, with lots of resistance in the chest fly, you’ll probably need to spring for something a bit heavier duty. But for a beginner’s setup, I’m happy with it.
