Doing an inclined bench press (barbell) on this is just trying not to choke myself to death half the time, and the extra extensions for lower body training was very awkward to use, and does not seem sturdy with anything above 20kg. tried to do unilateral stuff and bar does not seem like it will live to see 2024. I'm 6 foot but my shoulders are that of a 5'11, so i really had high hopes for this one. honestly just throw another $50 in this and get one slightly more expensive but with more reviews. there's a few out there with way better coupon offerings. I honesty wish i was a little more careful buying this one. I'm sure this bench would be perfect for a more select demography but a lot of the photoshopped images were misleading ... show more

I like the bench overall, and the incline is great for benching, but I had hoped to use the decline for bench pressing as well. I have not been able to use the decline for this because the arms of the ankle restraints are about 5" or 6" too short making it very difficult to get your feet behind the pads and lean back for the press. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Got this bench for my husband and myself for working out! This bench easily supports my 235lb husband and the weights we lift! I caught the sale during Prime day, and I am completely satisfied with the bench! I do suggest 2 ppl for assembly, assembly may have taken us about 30 minutes!
