Flavor is a favorite, so it's very easy to administer. Huge plus. Seems to work well for cough and runny nose. Only concern is that relief doesn't seem to quite last as long as they advertise but lasts for good 8 hours at least, so decent enough.

My daughter can not have dyes or high fructose corn syrup due to adhd and aggression.. This brand/product is great, it doesn't taste bad and doesn't have all the extra additives in it.
