Great for what it is. It’s cheap, but it holds my big ass up. It was easy to put together and does exactly what I need it to do. It’s a little short for me length wise so when I lay down to do bench it’s a little uncomfortable but that’s my fault for not getting a bigger one to fit my size.

For the price... this is GREAT quality! Bought for my husband who's getting back into working out and his friend that is a body builder saw it and was shocked at the price and how nice it is! It is super sturdy, has multiple inclines which all stay in place, and fits perfectly in our home gym.

I have a home office/gym. Having items that fold up are a must. This folds up so small and folds out easily. I’m not lifting crazy amounts in my home gym so it’s perfect for me. It’s sturdy enough for step ups and Bulgarian split squats. I do have really good balance so that may be a part of it. It was also easy to put together and easy to adjust. I’m 5”4 and can do hip thrust with ease. Amazing for a home gym!
