I have not had any issues as of yet, it feels sturdy, and I can work out my chest, biceps, triceps, etc. I did not have any issues with rust as reported in the other reviews.

This didn't even last a day. I put it together and started doing situps and this thing just fell apart. The steel just peeled from itself and it looked like rusted metal? I put in for a refund and am returning this.

The bench itself is nice. It's nothing overly special, but it gets the job done. My only real issue is that there are a few components that are actually rusted. The picture I included is the leg roller adjustment knob, and inside where the knob rests, there is more rust - I just couldn't get a good enough angle with the light to get a picture of it. Outside of that blemish, the bench is fine.

This isn't a world-class bench, but it is very good for the price. Most importantly, it is stable. Unlike most benches I've used in my life, it doesn't rock left-to-right at all while bench pressing as long as your back is centered. If you are tall, this bench will likely be good for you. I am 6'1 (185cm) and there is at least 4"-6" (10-15cm) of extra bench above my head when I lie down to bench. Some of the other proportions are a bit awkward. Setting it up was very easy. It arrived almost in one piece; you only have to attach one of the two feet and then put the pins in for the seat and back pad tilts. I love how easily it folds and unfolds and how compact it is. My biggest complaint is that the gap between the back pad and the seat is big (about 4"/10cm) and the seat pad is not very long, so you have to be careful to sit down in just the right spot. You can also see the foot post extends way past the end of the seat meaning they might get in the way of your feet sometimes. The resistance bands provided don't have a good resistance level but you can use others.

The positive aspect of this workout bench is that my husband would be able to work out at our home instead of going to the gym at the high school. It is mostly sturdy, and we saw in other reviews of people experiencing rust on theirs. My husband stated there was minimal rust on ours, and it wouldn't affect the use of it. Nor did it cause any issues putting it together. The biggest drawback is that my husband cannot find any videos or a website showing what exercises he can do with it. He can see in the photos but wishes there was more information, i.e video, website etc. Overall it is a nice workout bench.

I got this bench for my son who like to work out but is limited on space. He was able to start using it right away. The bench received looks brand new with no rust as other reviews have stated. The bench is sturdy, he can lift quite a bit of weight and the bench stays stable without any issues. The seat is shorter than a standard weight bench . The resistance cords included he doesn't use. The nicest aspect of this bench is he can fold it up out of the way and it fits into his room perfectly. Overall the bench is good quality and works for him exactly as advertised.
