Bench is not secure at all! Completely broke after a few weeks of us by a 125 lbs teenager. Contacted customer service and was told they would replace it. They never sent a replacement and then ignored multiple follow up emails. DO NOT BUY!!

I read a lot of reviews before buying, the price point was amazing for this item. It is sturdy but a larger person would probably want something wider. I’m 5’5 so I have no complaints, it’s sturdy and very light making it easy to move around and adjust. We have it set up in our home gym and like the fact that it has a decline function which a lot of the more expensive ones didn’t. Works good for price point, but is very light and is not very sturdy. I like that you can lay it flat and decline if needed. Easy to store as it is so light and small. Not very stable though. Cannot sit barbell on it.
