I'm not a consistent user of this bench. Though I can say while I've used it so far - it supports me well. No slip, easy adjustment, and folds perfectly under my bed or in the corner when not in use. Assembly took maybe 10 minutes.

Pros: Lightweight Easy to use Vey affordable Great for small spaces Cons: The instructions are atrocious and all the parts in the instructions were labeled in correctly. Luckily, it was really easy to figure out which parts fit where even without the instructions. Not very comfortable seating and padding. Not super durable material. Overall, given the price, it is a great bargain and I'm happy with the purchase.

Flimsy and wobbly rack. The thin steel bent just tightening the bolts. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trusting this thing, I only had 75 lbs. on it and didn’t feel secure.

Review intended for the rack. Assembly is ok. Came with all the hardware and tools needed. Once put together it was obvious that it wasn’t going to be sturdy. It’s said to be rated for 550lbs. I wouldn’t trust it. The safety catch arms aren’t secured. Rack is easily adjustable for both height and width. Probably just be used for bench presses
