I purchased the 160LB set of black weights. I ended up receiving 170LBS of weights. They subbed a pair of 15 pound plates instead for the 10 pound pair which I was happy about. These were $100 cheaper than anything I could find anywhere else. Seem to be very good quality so far. The black weights do not have the raised lettering that you see on the color coded weights. But they are significant cheaper. They are not as pretty as some of the crumb plates available. But at $100 cheaper who cares. My packages arrived a few days late which was expected given the weight of the packages. Over all great buy. I did not see any reviews on the black plates prior to purchase so I was nervous about buying these but very happy with what I received. Hope this helps.

I bought 3 sets of these BalanceFrom Everyday Essentials plates - 10lbs, 15lbs and 25lbs. They do have a strong chemical odor like other reviewers talked about. I wiped the plates down twice with lysol spray and hoping the smell calms a bit after some use. They do come with tiny dings here and there and small cracks where the hole is. Let us see how they hold up after a few months! Another thing I was confused by was the fact that the packaging said Wal Mart on it. I am not sure why but I am now assuming that these barbell plates are from Wal Mart although the sellers name is Balance From on Amazon? So just a heads up! Other than that I am totally satisfied with these. Will update these review in a few months to tell you how they are keeping up.

I bought the 10lbs pair, and yes they came with 2 10lbs plates. I am very confused at the negative reviews. I thought it was common knowledge that you don't drop the bar with just the 10lb plates on them, for the mere fact that they will break and or fold. This is applied even in crossfire gyms. If you want the ones that can bounce and be dropped, go with the 15s. Couldn't believe the amazing price. Definitely will be buying more plates from the seller.

I bought the 370lb black set for ~$470 including tax. I was sent the colored set. Technically, this was an upgrade, so no complaints. The product arrived after two weeks, over three days (I got 1 weight, then 4 more, and then 7 more on the third delivery). I had a lot of questions about technical specs that I couldn't find answers for in the reviews/comments, so here they are: Width: Yes, the 55lb red weight is thinner than the 45lb. Based on my measurements (pictures attached) the red (55) is 2 3/8, the blue (45) is 2 1/2, the green (35) is 2 3/8, the yellow (25) is 1 3/4, the orange (15) is 1 and the white (10) is 13/16. Loading up a bar takes about 10 7/8th worth of sleeve per side. This is pretty slim for cheap bumpers, and allows strong folks to load more weight. The red 55 has the best weight to lb ratio if you're looking to load up. Diameter: As shown in the photos (check the ones with the level), the white, orange, green, and red plates all have the same diameter at 17.5". The blue 45 is about a quarter inch bigger at 17.75. Because the 45 will be taking all the weight by itself, this concerns me for deadlift/Olympic lifts. Tolerance: The white 10s weigh 10.6 and 10.4, which is 4-6% off. The orange 15s weigh 14.4 and 14.4, so 4% off. The yellow 25s weigh 25 and 25.2, so 0-1% off. The green 35s weigh 34.4 and 34.4, which is 1.8% off. The blue 45s weigh 45 and 45.4, so 0-1% off. The red 55s weigh 56 and 56.4, so 1.8-2.5% off. Overall, my 370 lbs weighs 371.6, so less than 1% off overall. I'm pretty happy with this, considering the price. Smell: Out of the bag, they smell and have an oily feel--the weights smell much stronger than the 7 stall mats that I used for the floor. Durability: They haven't been used yet, but the 10 and 15 flex easily in the hand. The Amazon description specifically says don't use the 10s by themselves or they'll fold over--so I think negative reviews for that issue can be disregarded. The rest feel sturdy. Overall, I think I got a great deal. I'm very happy with the tolerance and the width. I imagine the smell will clear up with time. The slightly larger diameter of the 45 concerns me. 5 star until the 45 breaks.

I purchased these bumper plates (630lbs) and cannot speak highly enough about them! Great quality at a great price! I bought these to add to my home gym in conjunction with the Synergee weight plate storage rack. Both are definitely a worth while investment!

I am in love with these weight plates! It reads 'everyday essentials' and that detail motivates the mind that much more, also the white colorway encourages me to knock the dust off the weights and workout!
