    • BALSAM HILL DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR TREES

The tree was beautiful, but just after the 3 year warranty 4 strings of lights went out. After hours troubleshooting with their help desk it was clear that the lights were not going to work again. I had to add lights that did not match to this $$$$ tree and it looked terrible. I spent over $1,000 on this tree and the solutions they offered were completely unacceptable. They would not repair it or replace it or give me a meaningful discount on these trees that are now over $2,000. NOT WORTH THE MONEY ... show more
