Short, Sweet, Simple and to the point review. The most frustrating part about this item is that it's extremely nice in the long run but the assembly process was atrocious. I wish the manufacturer would have engineered the top heat deflector dish part way differently as connecting all the screws together was definitely a daunting task. The entire unit itself after fully being assembled is strikingly handsome and does put out a lot of heat. It's definitely a professional patio heater and well worth the price that it's advertised for.

With so many options out there, I understand when trying to compete you might cut corner here and there. But when your product is priced higher than other the last thing you should do is supply thin materials. The heater worked fine. And it was quite easy to assemble. But my main concern is how long will this heater last. Will the thin material damage easier? Will it take the heat if use too long? I have a heater that I got last year, And it is way more sturdier and the material is twice as thick than this one. I guess only time will tell if this was worth the try.

This patio heater does not work. It does not stay lit. I have followed all of the troubleshooting directions to try and get it and nothing has worked so far. It was super easy to setup and did not take long at all. The main issues with this heater is that a couple of pieces had multiple dents in them. The heater also does not sit flat on the floor which may be due to the dents. The material that it is made out of is pretty thin so it is super easy to damage it so be careful when putting it together or moving it. There also seems to be sand leaking out of the bottom of it since it was damaged.

I chose this use on the porch, however it is too tall for our lower porch ceiling. The quality of this unit is fair, easy to assemble, and the bronze adds a bit of a classic, antique look to it. A 20lb tank of propane fits inside the base and is hidden. Igniting is fine and the heat thrown off by the shield is decent.

The media could not be loaded. This propane patio heater doesn't disappoint... it puts off a lot of heat!! The assembly is easy and straightforward... once assembled it's taller than me! The only other thing required to get this heater going is to get a 20 LB propane tank. I really like how the tank is hidden beautifully inside the heater. To turn the heater on I just press in the knob and turn until it clicks... it should light however if it doesn't then I can just repeat this step until it does. Once it does light, the knob will still need to be pressed in for around 10 seconds for the gas flow to establish. After that then the temperature can be chosen and it's good to go! The reason I'm dropping a star is because the circle reflector came with some dents of which are visually obvious... its kind of cheesy and thin honestly. The rest of the heater and the heat output are high-quality. I really love how the heating element it at the top too, which makes it safe around pets and kids, This propane patio heater is perfect for the deck, outdoor dining, events, or even by the garden! I'm pleased with it and I recommend. It's gorgous and adds elegance to my yard while keeping me warm!
