Very good image quality and I do like the field of view. my only real complaint is that I have purchased and installed the hardwire kit so I have parking monitoring, and - it's a little thing - I wish the USB-C connector was a right-angle plug just because it has to head upwards anyhow to get routed above the headliner. It just ends up with an installation that's not as clean as it could be. That said, installation was a breeze and setup was really simple, too. To connect to the device it uses wifi, so make sure you're disconnected from your home wifi before trying to connect to the camera...my phone always wants to override my choice because my home wifi has a very strong signal AND has an internet connection, so that takes precedence. Not a big deal but if you're having connection issues that could be why. And, I have to be honest - at first I wasn't crazy about the eMMC memory instead of a removable (and therefore expandable) MicroSD card for storage. But it's grown on me, because I don't really have to worry about file corruption the same way as with an SD card. ... show more

I've been using this dashcam for several months now, and I'm very pleased with its performance. It was easy to install and set up using the company's native app. It records crystal-clear video and images and is set up to automatically record and save a 30-second clip if it detects you hitting a pothole or, heaven forbid, having a fender-bender. My favorite feature, however, is that at any time you need a quick image or see something cool on the road, you can say "take a photo" out loud and the camera will snap a photo! Using for few months now and device works nice and serves the purpose. The warning system in the device works very smooth and video quality is also very good.     • Voice prompt needs work
The voice trigger to start recording is way too sensitive, sometimes triggering recordings every 3-5 minutes when listening to the radio. This can be turned off in the app however. The mounting items provided have held up well.

Very good picture quality. I purchased two units, mounted one on front windshield and one on the back windshield. The other day I was rear-ended while my vehicle was stopped. The unit transferred the video image to the saved folder after the impact incident. (A useful feature of the unit) However only 120 seconds of the video were transferred rather than the full 180 seconds of this video segment. The missing 60 seconds depicting the collision were not saved or transferred, thus making the units worthless to me. I have replaced both units and tossed the 70mai units in the trash! ... show more
