    • Decent Product, But....
Display Size: 15.6 Inches Size: 64GB
A very close friend died and we wanted to gift the widow a digital photo frame. This one seemed pretty reasonable so we bought it. For a 15.6" display being only 1920 x 1080, a really good photograph is limited by the display while holding the frame in your lap to view them. A few feet away, and you really can't tell. A higher resolution display is nice - but it about doubles the price of the frame. I really hated the software on this thing. I had to accept pop up ads which kind of annoyed me. I bought this frame for pictures - not to give a platform to a manufacturer. That's just a little too pushy. I simply copied images onto a USB memory stick and uploaded the pictures to the frame. Worked great. I'll let the recipient of the gift decide their tolerance level for this stuff! The images rotate to display properly when the screen is horizontal or vertical. A single leg allows the frame to be placed portrait or landscape. And extra leg is included. A USB A port is supplied for a memory stick. I tried to use both USB A and C to cable direct from my computer but that did not work. A nice feature of this frame is that it can be set up so family across the country can upload images. That's pretty nice. Overall, I recommend this product. ... show more

    • A few limitations to consider
Display Size: 15.6 Inches Size: 64GB
The picture quality is very good, and the sleep schedule feature makes it easy to display photos only when I want them shown. The app is simple to use, but it has a few limitations. It only uploads photos stored directly on the phone, so images saved in the cloud can’t be added unless they’re downloaded first. Once photos are added to an album, there’s no option to insert them at a specific point in the sequence — new photos always appear at the end. It’s also much easier to enter photo descriptions during upload, since editing text directly on the frame is limited by character count. Despite these drawbacks, I’m overall satisfied with the frame and its performance. ... show more

    • It's Perfect for What I Needed
Display Size: 15.6 Inches Size: 32GB
So, I purchased two digital frames before this one. I started with a small frame, then went to a medium size, the decided to look for a bigger one. I liked the features of the other ones but they were too small for my space and didn't have as much memory as I needed. So, to this one...I knew I wanted this size so I looked until I found this frame. By this time, I didn't care about the features, I wanted the size, frame style (which I love), the memory included in the frame itself, and ease of use on my phone to post pictures. I am so happy I settled on this one. I don't have options to fade in and out of pictures or any real transitions but for what I wanted, I honestly didn't care and it's turned out not to be a big deal. My settings are that it comes on automatically at 8am and I have it shut off at 10pm. I have the pictures stay on for one minute each until the next picture slides over. Oh, and another thing - besides the large memory capacity and the easy app to load pics, on the smaller frames I don’t think they played my videos, this one actually plays my videos up to a certain amount of time, then it becomes a still shot. You can have the volume on or off for when a video comes on. It's perfect for what my needs are with eight grandkids and big enough when they are over playing, they can be across the room and stop and look at the pictures that catch their eyes. ... show more

    • Shady Manufacturer - Find another frame
Display Size: 15.6 Inches Size: 32GB
Review Image by SamTana
The manufacturer gave me an extremely hard time as I tried to settle the issue of the malfunctioning of the frame. (hazy photos, temperature and time would not change even when it was turned off and back on) I contacted them 29 days before the warranty was to end. Eleven (11) emails later and they lied and said they would send a return label. Then they didn't respond after that. The frame was malfunctioning and I provided photos they responded: "After thorough verification and in accordance with our official warranty terms, we are pleased to offer you an optimized resolution solution: a 30% refund of your total order amount, without requiring you to return the product." Why would I want a defected frame then not enough reimbursement to purchase a new one. I suppose they were charging me for the use I had of it but it didn't even last 365 days! I wrote them that I did not want to accept the solution but a full refund and they can have the frame. They said it was against their policy but they would do that. Well, they went ghost! If you have concerns about the manufacturer responding and honoring their warranty, this IS NOT THE FRAME YOU WANT TO BUY! Take a chance on another one now that you know about this one. UPDATE: After the review, they sent a shipping label. It’s over 10 days past the warranty. ... show more

Display Size: 15.6 Inches Size: 32GB
I loved this product and the frame was cool and it was great until it just stopped working a year after having it for no reason. When I try to contact the company by email to get a replacement, no one ever got back to me.. if you're good for just having it for a year, it's a lovely product and easy to use. A bit pricey for something that only last a year.! ... show more
