I enjoy this handheld steam cleaner very much. It works great. Cleans real nice has great pressure and you can also use other cleaning agents in it along with the water, but I advise you not to fill the whole thing up with a cleaning agent at least 90% water and 10% cleaner of your choice. Anyways Just like as described I received everything during Packaging except I found that the handle was broken to carry the steamer around I've already advised Amazon and I'm sure it wasn't packaged with it damaged as they told me. After talking to customer service it must have been through transit they said. Amazon's customer service was great to help me out with my minor problem. it was a very thin piece of plastic for a handle anyway "my opinion", but other than that the product works great. It steams up within 15 seconds as mentioned. You have 0-6 settings. I got all the little nozzles, red"O"rings and the brushes that it came with. Every piece fit correctly. The plug in is exactly "5feet long. The steam outlet hose is "6ft "5in long roughly "78inches and is 2.0m round. The steal extended sprayer rod attachment is "10inch and 3/8th long. Great for those hard to reach places, BUT please be careful it does get very HOT so try not to touch during use. Pretty much described well in the description it does last about hour 1/2 roughly and it holds a little bit more than a liter of water. All along this product was great and works well!! Also I like how it kills some bacteria, dust mites, any bugs really lol and cleanses the air! It's kinda fun to use btw. **FYI make sure you put your red "O" rings in for no leaks. ... show more

It doesn't heat up, and besides that, it doesn't have the wattage listed in the description. It's much lower, it's useless. Only for spraying water.
