I've been using these pans every day for about a month. I really like them and find them easy to use. These are better my other nonstick pans in so many ways. Having said that, these are priced high at $109.99 (at time of order). After ordering, I saw listings of the same set for about half that. I took off a star for that. I generally cook in these pans without a handle, and then I pop on a handle at the end to empty contents. That generally keeps the handles clean and I wash them less often than the pans. I love that the pans can go in the oven. When I ready to take them out, I can use hand mitts or pop on one of the handles. I love that the handles are separate. It makes these stackable and saves me so much room. I place star shaped felt inserts (purchased separately) between the pans to protect them. The handles feel so sturdy and secure once they snap into place. Everything is dishwasher safe which makes cleanup easy. The manual does mention it, but the listing does and they do well in the dishwasher. The bottom silver part turned darker but still works well. I could use bar keepers and get it back to silver but this doesn't bother me or interfere with cooking. I cooked pasta, chili, etc. and they came out clean. When cooking chili, the white silicone part of one lid had a faint pinkish color from tomato sauce and it would not come clean with handwashing, but it looks good as new once I ran it through the dishwasher. The pans are lightweight and not too heavy to hand wash if you don't have a dishwasher. If I drop them, I believe they will dent or mark, though. Also remember that you can't take them off the stove and apply cold water on them. I took this down to 4 stars because of the value. As I noted before, the price of $109.99 (at time of order) is twice the price that you can find the same set.

where to begin. the order came in a rather small box, which surprised me, because with an 11 pc pot and pan set, one would assume that the packaging would be larger. what i then found answered this question and then some. looking closer at the product info page would've helped with this, but suffice to say that my own discoveries confirmed the same. this is an interesting convertible cookware/ovenware set which redefines what one might call one-pot meal preparation (and storage to boot!). as seen in the product photos, you get what might comprise (but not all at once) 2 pots and 3 pans of graduating sizes -- all with a white granite nonstick finish. i'm not sure what the composition of the pans/pots is, but given their lightness, i would imagine aluminum. two sizes of storage lids and silicone-edged pot lids are included, as well as two removable handles. hold on? these are pots and pans? they can be! but they're food prep containers! yes! food storage containers? yes! very interesting, indeed. the handles are easily clip on with the obvious integrated buttons. you get 2 handles, so theoretically you wouldn't be cooking on the stovetop with more than 2 at a time. that could be considered a limitation or used wisely otherwise. i'm really excited about the clip on handle bit, which totaly makes this set surprisingly a swiss army knife one for lower overall footprint (the "bowls," aka pots/pans, all easily nest in one another), well-suited for smaller kitchens for the biggest bang for your buck. the only caveat i can see which other reviewers have pointed out, which i don't find to be too much trouble, is the fact that the product description does say that this set is dishwasher safe, but the manual says hand wash only to maintain the granite finish. as with other granite coated pots and pans that i have, hand washing is likely the way to go, i agree. if this is not for you, feel free to go all stainless and the like; no problems there. part of this is just a matter of preference. that said, for sticky sugary sauces and preserves and jams and the like -- think the makings of flan or caramel -- you're better off not having a solid lollipop's worth of set material on the bottom of your pot and pan after all is said and done, which coatings of this type can easily facilitate. different tools for different use cases. the only other caveat which i'd consider is the fact that with a relatively white/beige motif, staining foods such as tomato sauce would likely stain the silicone rims of the lids and possibly also the inner/outer surfaces with time. it just depends on whether you like to maintain your kitchen in spotless/never used/photo ready condition or otherwise. not enough of a concern to detract any stars, though. 5 stars overall. i love new technology. i love new ideas in execution. looking forward to using this set in my kitchen arsenal.
