These fans are great and are reasonably priced! I bought 9, replaced all the fans in the house on a budget and they work better than the ones originally installed. Connected them to Alexa, once I figured out how to. Installation was easy, you just can’t follow the instructions for most of it. I had to YouTube it. I did have to return 3 of them because they arrived broken but they refunded me and just ordered it again. Instructions and packing could be better so this item isn’t returned so often. I recommend them and definitely would buy them again and now since I’ve installed 9, who needs instructions! ... show more

Not a 5 star with that fact that the instruction does not tell how to get the fan into pairing mode to connect it to a third party app (tuya or smart life) to get it connected to alexa. Currently still haven’t figured out how to get the fan connected to alexa, otherwise working perfectly fine.

I have purchased and installed this fan twice (bedroom and living room); no issues either time. Easy to install if you take your time and have patience with the wiring. I did upgrade the wire splice connectors, but otherwise everything provided works fine. Great airflow. Remote works well and the app connects to Alexa. Very quiet. Only change I would recommend is that the light is BRIGHT. It doesn’t dim well, at least not via the app. Otherwise I think this is a good product. ... show more

The fan itself was really nice. A little hard to install. But it is quiet and puts off a good amount of air. My only issue is our box came without a remote. We already have the entire thing installed and only need the remote. We requested a replacement through Amazon (hoping we could just get the remote) and they said they'd send us a replacement and prompted us to return the other as soon as possible. When we agreed to this, the new fan was supposed to arrive overnight. Now there has been a "delay" and there's no ship date or estimated ship date. I had to approve this delay, thinking they'd give me a shipping date after but no. I just need a damn remote for my already installed fan. I am hoping this gets to the attention of the seller because I"m super frustrated. ... show more

Fan works great overall. It has six speeds and three lighting color options. The daylight setting is super bright, which I really like. For the price, the quality is decent—some of the materials feel a bit cheap, but the fan performs well and isn't expensive, so it's fair. However, the Alexa compatibility is misleading. It doesn’t connect directly to Alexa. It’s supposed to work through a third-party app (Tuya Smart), but I couldn’t get it to connect at all—even though I’ve used Tuya for other devices without any problems. Thankfully, I had a Bond Smart Wi-Fi Ceiling Fan Remote Hub, which allowed me to connect the fan to Alexa through the remote. Without that workaround, Alexa integration would’ve been a dealbreaker. If it had connected to Alexa as advertised, I probably would’ve given it four stars. That said, the quality for the price is still reasonably good. ... show more

I installed this fan in two rooms with 8-foot ceilings. Because of the relatively low height of my ceilings, I decided to conduct an experiment to achieve the best performance. I carefully cut the downrod by 2.5 inches, and now it fits perfectly within the space, enhancing both function and aesthetics. After seeing such great results, I went ahead and made the same adjustment to the other fan.
