I had purchased 4 of these fans for my mancave/garage, following the instructions the installation was a breeze. the light has 3 light levels which I find a great function. after down loading the app I was able to sync all 4 fans to work as one. another great feature. after about 7 months one of the fans had a grinding sound then a few weeks later another fan started doing the same thing. after contacting customer service and notifying them about my problem they were great to deal with and quick to respond. they said they would send out one replacement fan for the first one that started making grinding noise and a new receiver for the second one. I recieved the fan with in 2 weeks but the part for the second never showed up, said it got stopped in customs. since I have been waiting the second fan stopped working all together. I reached out to them again and got a quick response letting me know they will work out sending a second fan. I believe they will honor their word and send a replacement. im very happy with the product and the service they provide. I must of just had bad luck with the 2 out of the 4. I would recommend this product.

Needed a fan for one of my bedrooms , i didn't something that had a long stem and found this, it installs closer to the ceiling and looks clean. The remote is tricky to setup but i followed the instructions and it worked for me. I also connected with Alexa as well. The air flow is nice and breezy. The installation was easy too, i did my myself.

Purchased this KNUN 52” flush-mount ceiling fan in September 2024. Installed in a bedroom with light daily use (4–6 hours maximum per day, mostly on low or medium speed with the light on). Operation was quiet and the remote functioned properly during the time it worked. On November 27, 2025 (14 months after purchase), the fan and light stopped working entirely. No response from the remote or wall switch. Upon removing the unit and opening the receiver box, the circuit board showed extensive damage: one electrolytic capacitor had visibly failed and vented, solder joints were melted, and there was heavy black charring across a significant portion of the board. The attached photos clearly document the blown capacitor, vented residue, and burn marks. Replacement receiver boards may be available for this model, but I would not rely on the quality. The severity of the thermal damage that occurred with only light use in just over one year indicates very poor component quality and presents a clear safety risk. I have attached photos so others can see the exact nature of the failure. I cannot recommend this product.

I am doing renovations in my house and wanted a ceiling fan for our living room / dining area that wasn't too distracting but was a nice centerpiece of sorts for the room. This fit my needs exactly. It is flush against the ceiling, so there's no risk of that annoying "loose fan" sound that happens eventually with older fans. Setup is very simple, too, and takes about 20 or so minutes to get it all together, not including removal of my old fan. The finished look is chic, modern, without looking too out of place in my slightly older home. The size of the fan is just right for a large size room or over the bed area of a master bedroom, circulating a great deal of air, even on the lower speeds, to keep the room cool for hours on end with minimal noise.

The price was reasonable, but the quality truly exceeded expectations. It's perfect for small to medium-sized rooms and was easy to assemble. While it's adjustable for high ceilings, mine is relatively low, so I didn’t need the additional extension. To the people who say the fan doesn’t blow air, the instructions say to make sure the fan is in the forward setting because if it’s reverse it will not blow air. Mine works great and looks beautiful too. Can’t beat it for the price!

The media could not be loaded. They look great for the price. Nice and sleek. I had four installed yesterday. The reason for the two stars is because the speed of the fan, all four, fluctuates on their own. One minute you’re feeling a nice cool stream of air, the next you wonder if it’s working. Had I known this beforehand I would not have paid an electrician to install them. They would be on their way back to the seller. The video is when it is properly functioning.
