I am a plus size woman so I was a little concerned at this price what I would be getting. However the chair came faster than expected and in great condition. Very easy to assemble and quite sturdy. The wheels are quiet when rolling the vibration is quiet as well. The vibration feels pretty good, just wish it were more intense but it’ll do. The heat took a while to heat up and not as warm as I’d like but overall I really like my chair. I feel blessed to purchase on sale for $116. Great price! I hope it last a good while. ... show more

Although I just got this today, It arrived early! I am giving it a 5* ! I was a little concerned because the package had a few hole pokes but it was in great shape! Looks nice, feels comfy, love the vibration and heat! It is a little noisy in vibration mode but not a big thing for me. Putting it together was a breeze and I have to say the best assembly instructions I have ever had! Took my husband about 15 minutes. The remote control was self explanatory and easy to use. This chair should rate a negative -5 From the first minute sitting in this chair After assembly, we began noticing several issues. The seams are all unevenly sewn with uneven shifted padding underneath and the seams were already coming apart. We tried to run the massage function and it intermittent worked like a bad studder and the heat never did come on I realized there must be a short in the wiring. I have contacted the seller several times 3 to be exact and there response was to send me a return label that I am expected to pay for return shipping. They literally should pay me to take it to the dump. This is not the customer service experience I have always enjoyed and expected from Amazon so disappointing. ... show more

I would give it a 5 but 1 screw for the back would not screw in no matter what order I screwed it in. It would go in but not all the way but it was enough to work. Other than that we love the chair.

    • Not for short people. Must be at least 5’8 for the massage points to make contact.
It arrived faster than expected and was easy to put together. It works and looks great. The only issue is that it is made for tall people. I am 5’4” and the massage points don’t work because the lumbar curve is so prodominant that the rest of my back makes no contact with the back. We tested it with people from 5’9 to 6’5 and it works great for them. Just not for short people. Will be sending it back ... show more

Looks just like the pic!! This is the best I’ve ever had for work, I work from and always at my desk at least 10-12 hr days, my back would kill when I stood up but since I got this chair the heat and massage makes my back to hurt anymore, love it! Def recommend
