    • My Draft Horse Can't Kill It
I would like to preface this review with this statement; “I do not order items that I do not intend to use myself or install myself for someone else.” Having said that; I decided rather than do an “out of the box” type review I would put this item in to service for some time to really get a sense of what it was. This is what I found out; I got this to use as the trough feed hose for my daft horses. I can't move their trough and I can't change the water supply so I have been stuck with replacing hoses because of big feet crushing them. NOT THIS HOSE THOUGH.......been in use for a month and going strong, in fact they have stepped on it SO much that it is now buried and it can't be seen accept where it attaches at either end, I Love it. I bought this hose after my dog chewed through my last one, and I was looking for something more durable without being too heavy or stiff. So far, this one has held up—no bite marks or punctures yet! It’s been surprisingly flexible and easy to handle around the yard. Pros: So far, my dog hasn’t been able to chew through it Very lightweight and easy to move around, even for kids or seniors Doesn’t kink or twist up like traditional hoses Solid brass connectors and stainless steel exterior feel well-made Good water pressure and easy to coil up when not in use Compact and easy to store Cons: Slightly more rigid than a rubber or fabric hose when maneuvering around tight corners Gets hot in the sun due to the metal exterior—just something to watch out for May require care to avoid direct sunlight for long-term storage Final Thoughts: This stainless steel garden hose has been a great solution for my yard. It’s lightweight, durable, and most importantly—my pups haven’t managed to destroy it. If you’re tired of replacing hoses due to chewing or kinks, this is definitely worth trying. I just replaced my old rubber hose for the backyard with this, and I absolutely love it. It incredibly lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes watering and other outdoor tasks so much more convenient. No more heavy, kink-prone hoses to deal with!     • Wonderful hose
I very much like this garden hose. Having the flexible stainless steel exterior, I'm not too concerned about leaving it in the weather- hanging on a hook or nail or stretched out. The flexible hose underneath shouldn't get overly hot I don't believe since the stainless steel is the color it is, and as long as you're not pounding this thing with a hammer or something it's quite tough. Because it is made as it is it takes much less space on a hose reel. It's also comes with three extra washers which should last a lifetime, as well as a little bit of Teflon tape for leaks at the connection if you need it, though I did not. ... show more

    • Lightweight does not kink easy to move
This hose is incredibly lightweight and is great for being able to carry around the garden. I have several different Spicket throughout my backyard and I’m able to pick up this and move it to each one without any issues. It’s not a big deal if it gets in or not because it does not kink and I haven’t had any issues with not getting water flow through the hose, no matter what condition the hose is wrapped up in. When I wanted to be fully secure after I get my garden completely set up I am going to use the plumbers tape to help keep the hose in place on the water Spicket. The plumbers tape that came with. It is also very strong and seems to be very good quality, which is great for when I keep this here long-term. This hose also has a great aim And a full stream, and it fits on my sprinklers great as well. I think this is definitely a great product, especially for the price. ... show more

I like the metallic make of this hose because it's much easier to handle and doesn't really kink. I used it for a long while to water my flower beds, shrubs, etc. No leaks. It comes with several washers, but it's the only one (among many hoses I bought) that came with a plumber's tape! Impressive. I had to take a picture of it! That's the tape wrapped around a thread to make it extra leak proof. Brass fittings, which is good. Avoid plastic by the way because they don't last and the hose become garbage. I'll update if there are issues as I'll be using it during the summer. I leave my hoses, I have several, out in spring and summer. I expect them to last a couple years, otherwise I don't buy that brand again. I don't step on them but I expect to weather the elements. ... show more
